We used their quarterly service for four years while living in Fort Worth and this company is the best! Their technicians were always very friendly and professional. They'd ask if we had any pest issues and also let us know if they saw anything going on. They took care of bug and rodent problems that we had during our time in the house (it was built in the 1920s and currently a rental, so bound to have issues) and always displayed good professional knowledge in treating whatever was going on at the time. I used the service for 6 years and would continue to do so if they would go all the way to Decatur! I very, very rarely see any insects and absolutely no rodents. I had an issue with ants between regular spraying time, so I called and they came out the next day. The tech came in the house (normally they only spray outdoors) and literally followed the trail of ants back to the source.
He put bait along the trail and the ants migrated to the bait and took it back to the source and killed the queen. The indoor ants were gone within 24 hours. I noticed a few outdoors, so I called them again and they treated the outside again, no fee. They are by far the BEST!

BEST EVER! We recently bought a home near the Parks Mall and the previous owners didn't maintain anything. We had major spider and ant issues. These guys came out and treated. 2 weeks later we had a different type of spider going on and they came back out no charge due to their warranty. Just had to call them back out (roaches from the neighbors houses invading ours). They've brought stronger poison and have been really accommodating. S.P.
