After the initial service is complete, we will return to your home every quarter to reapply the outside barrier. On your quarterly visit, we will exclusively be treating a four to five foot area around the perimeter of your home. Notification will be left on your front door to let you know your protection has been renewed.

As a property manager who has used their services for months I have been dissatisfied with their services multiple times. Multiple residents have sent over complaints that requests are not being completed though they come on site and turn in their sheet signing off on their work. My own unit was marked as completed but there were no signs of them being there nor any indication or card left to show that work was ever done. Many times they have come to the property and are in and out within 10 minutes it seems. Highly recommend seeking other vendors. Poor communication on multiple fronts.

I love in an apartment and they had informed me it was going to be sprayed. No problem. When I was arriving to my apartment the door was wide open. I called and the manager said they couldn't get in because the top lock was locked. Funny because I was at work all day, so how did I get out? I tried to explain this to the manager and she tried talking over me. Said go ahead and call the police if you have a problem. Bottom line, they entered my apartment, didn't spray, left the door open then lied about it. Tried to find corporate number to complain.

They came into my apt with no notice and sprayed the chemicals even though I had 3 pets in the apt, when I got home I called the number on the paper they left and asked if the chemicals were safe for pets, she would not give me a for sure answer but after asking a few more time she said "if your in the apt u need to get out" WHAT? U come in with no notice and spray TOXIC CHEMICALS with obvious evidence of pets? She said she would call me back to let me know exactly where he sprayed and never got a call back. Unprofessional!

This company is TOPS in my book! Uniformed, professional service people. Lorena and Maria in the office always answer my questions and work with me on multiple plans. Marianne, always meets and exceeds our expectations! I work for a property management company and they treat several of our rentals and apartments, dealing with our tenants. This is a great Company! Wish I could give more stars than 5!

Contacted them after our rental house had some pest issues. Setting up the appointment was very easy, and the tech that came to our house (Jake) was very respectful. We have now used their services for almost a year at 2 different properties and have not had a pest problem since. I highly recommend their services. My review is NOT about the Webb pest control as a whole. Just Brian, I have had this company come service my home three times and the fourth time they sent Brian. Mind you we just moved in the home. The people who lived in it previously were disgusting. He was and is soooooooo thorough which is what anyone who is having any pest control issues wants.
I have a 5 month old and a nine year old. Need I say more? He was taking apart drawers and going in crevices the previous people looked over. He had a logical answer for every question that I had and I have anxiety so I asked around 47 questions probably. He was polite and to be honest. I feel like had they sent him the first time then I wouldn't have needed multiple visits afterwards.
My advice to the company is to take workers who are thorough and solve issues train the rest of the lazy workers that are costing your company money. I won't even let another person in my home for pest control services. He is only one person but if you want your issue actually RESOLVED.ask for the roach Jesus.

I called the office because I was expecting a service tech out and they had not yet arrived. I had an apartment with roaches that needed to be sprayed ASAP. Turns out I had the wrong day for service written on my calendar! After explaining the mishap, Webb's sent a service tech out and they got there in less than 2 hours. I was pleased with their professionalism and understanding. Oh yea, the roaches are gone too

I would also like to update this by saying Darrell was sent out and he was so patient, thorough and all around professional. We had used Webb's in the past and cancelled to go to another company. We recently started using Webb's again and are very impressed. They have made some changes to their technicians and the new ones are professional, thorough and often go out of their way to make sure problems are taken care of. Each week the office contacts us to make sure all units are serviced. If you are looking for a pest control company, Webb's is the way to go!

This company is responsible for pest control at my apartment complex at the Park on Burke and I have had my apartment treated every week for at least 2 months and every night if you go in my kitchen there are at least 10 roaches either on the floor, cabinets or sink. I am military and extremely clean and orderly. And I cannot understand for the life of me how I can see roaches the next day even after a treatment. Either: A) These guys have no idea what they are doing and they are not rotating chemicals or B) The guys are coming in enjoying the AC, leaving a "you have been treated by Webb's" postcard and not applying any treatment at all. Weekly treatments should not equal cockroach infestation.

Such great service! My apartment complex has been through their share of pest control companies, but my last experience with Webb Pest control has by far been the best! The other companies would just come in and spray without so much as a look in my direction, and the problem never seemed to go away. Miracle was such a big help. Not only did he spray my unit, he took the time out to educate me about which steps I could take in the future to avoid the influx of bugs. It's nice to see that customer service is still a priority to some companies! Hopefully my complex would keep Webb and Miracle on permanently!

Hit & miss depending on the technician you get. Scheduled for a contracted BB heat treatment 2/17/15 for a month via contract with SMI realty Brookbend Apts, (Jake) arrived after 11:30 am where as the previous technician arrived at 9:00 am with us having to leave for 8 hours with all pets. Jake expressed that this was to be his off day & it had taken him 2 hrs to get to the apartment.
I began to explain what was going on and he stated what I had been using for short term fix wasn't good, but had to excuse myself for a moment and when I returned he was gone. I asked my daughter where he had gone and she said he left. I then went to the management office and found him in there telling the manager why he had to reschedule & I asked him what was going on?
He stated the DE dust would blow and it wasnt good for us but when I sated that it had already been vacuumed up, his excuse was 2 boxes in my daughters closet, something that the original technician said was okay. I felt he was looking for any reason NOT to service my unit on his scheduled day off. Thus causing a major disagreement with myself and the manager.
If I were the manager I would have wondered why the tenant had to follow him to know what was going on first of all before attacking the tenant and belittling the tenant in front of the technician. Brookbend sucks and Webb sucks. Where is it protocol to tell the client how much of an inconvenience they are because you had to work on your off day. Oh did I mention I have to pay a reschedule fee of $75 because Jake was lazy? If you use Webb AVOID JAKE! Request Jacob
