Shay is the best! I waited after a few months to write the review because I want to be certain. Plano Exterminators Is not the first service I used. Boy, did I wish I had contacted them sooner. Other companies will try to sell you expensive services. This company helps you solve problems. If the pests ever come back again, knock on wood, I have Shay's number to call.

Terrible service. Signed up for quarterly service - with guarantee from company that if bugs appeared between the quarterly sprays, they would come out to respray. Had to do this twice in first quarter. When I spoke to lady on phone (believe one of owners), she questioned me why I was calling so close to next quarter's spray. Then they ghosted me. Happy business is so good they can dump customers.
