Great service, when Jehrin showed up it was raining, not only he didn't rush, thoroughly went through the property applied treatment accordingly, even spent extra time hand applied granular fertilizer at some trouble areas he found. I've been using this company for 4 years and am completely satisfied with their service! My lawn is healthy and looks great! One of their technicians, Sam Dixon, has been assigned to my home during this time. He is extremely respectful, competent, thorough, knowledgeable and professional individual. Fair prices - excellent and friendly service. Borderline impossible to keep all the bugs away in Florida, but every time we have had an issue in between service visits, they are out within 24 hours.

Ever since starting this service several years ago, my wasp problem has been non existent. I think it's all due to the excellent service provided by Michael O. He's thorough and conscientious about treating my property. He addresses my concerns and is always friendly and upbeat. He's respectful of my time, (very punctual) and property (always closes fence gate).

Called and discussed an issue we are having with Moles, helpful young lady took all my details and set up an appointment for 9am Friday. 9:30 and no-show, so called the office to find out they have no appointment scheduled but do have my info and address, and now they tell me they cannot help with Moles! Had to take time off work and lose $$$$

I have used Falcon Lawn and Pest for many years and they have always delivered on their promise to exceed my expectations. With the lack of rain and hot weather my lawn was suffering and didn't look as green and healthy as I thought it should. One call to the office and within a couple of days they sent Glenn Davis to immediately address my concern.

He developed a solution to address the issues and told me he would follow up in two weeks to make sure the lawn was looking better. I want to recognize Mr. Glenn Davis for his professionalism and responsiveness with taking care of my lawn. I've been a Falcon Lawn and Pest customer for 6 years and Glenn has been working with my lawn since Spring 2020. The lawn was not in good condition when he decided to take over as primary technician. Three months later, he's almost taken care of all weeds and bare spots. Glenn delivers what he promises.

Since the time he started with me, not only has he followed up with regular lawn service but he also shows up to check on the condition of my lawn even when not scheduled to do so. When I first contacted him in the Spring I informed him that I could not continue paying for service I was not receiving. He asked me to give him an opportunity to work on making required corrections. He has DELIVERED! Today, I'm still with Falcon Lawn and Pest only because of the outstanding work Glenn has done.

We are using Falcon for lawn services and their specialist Dominique is a great help. Not only he comes to do an inspection and recommends services to treat our lawn, he also checks our irrigation system and shares some great tips to care for the lawn. Right now the lawn is getting better but we still have a large brown area and we need to figure out what to do for the treatment.

Highly recommend their pest control services. The guy that serviced my house is amazing. Now, there lawn services not so much so. For the last 6 months I have to call every month as even thou the guy leaves a sign in my yard he is not treating my lawn. I have 4 witnesses: my cameras show me so; my 5# white Morke dog which legs do not get stain when he walks on a supposedly "freshly sprayed" lawn, as it used to.

The weeds have taken over my yard over the last several months despite I spend hours pulling weeds every week! Ultimately, my neighbors confirmed the guy places the sign, sit in his car for few minutes and then leave without treating the lawn! I have called several times to complaint and their answer is that they will send a field supervisor to come over. Only once, yesterday the field supervisor called me when I requested to stop the services.

They set an apt between 8-10 am - took time out of work for them to come out and provide an estimate. I call them at 945 and they tell me they're sorry but they misplaced my estimate and they could come out between 12-2. wouldn't recommend them to anyone - if they can't keep their commitment on an estimate how can they keep a commitment to an existing customer?

Started service 2 weeks ago both for lawn care and pest control. Signed up for annual contract. We have had multiple visits from them following up on treatments to our lawn. I've used Falcon Pest for about 3 years now. I had another service but they were no longer able to do our area so I went with "these guys." I think it's hit-and-miss with ANY lawn service because so much depends on the person who comes to do the service. I have alerts set so I know when they are coming and I make sure I'm home so I can watch the process.

I have had only 1 questionable application in three years and it was immediately rectified with a phone call. As for the treatments, they seem to be working well especially for fire ants. I also have the termite shield and the cost was the lowest of 3 bids with the same protection. Overall, I've had good, effective service. Why not 4 stars? Well, there's a little room for improvement but all-in-all I'm pleased.

One of the worst service I have ever received, they did a service we asked months ago to be cancelled and they still went ahead and "supposedly" provided the service after we specifically told the guy that came to the door we don't need the service anymore everything is cancelled with us knowing he still proceeded to do the service. They charged us the service and once we asked to figure out the situation the "customer service" was horrible I've never experienced such horrific service.

All the people we spoke to (Carla, Sandra) were rude and didn't want to help solve the situation just wanted the payment or we would get sent to collections. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE WHERE THEIR CUSTOMERS MEAN NOTHING AND HANG UP THE PHONE ON THEIR CUSTOMERS JUST TRYING TO SOLVE AN ISSUE THAT WAS THEIR FAULT.

We used Falcon to treat our lawn with very disappointing results. Several techs and supervisors came to try to solve the issues with our law, each with contradictory advice and treatment plans. We provided them with a last chance to correct the problem and they could not do so. Falcon ended up charging us for the "follow up" service and sent us to collections when the fee, which we never agreed to, was not paid. To say that we are angry is an understatement.

We purchased a home in November 2015 and set up service immediately with Falcon Lawn & Pest. They were on time for the first few appointments, but we would still see pests and have to call for in-home service afterwards. On our third appointment, the tech called afterwards and said he could not access our backyard, but nothing had changed in our gate system.

After calling the tech and explaining that, he indicated he would come back out but we never saw any signs of the tech completing the service. Since that time we have had numerous pests in every room of the house. I called again to schedule another visit and had to wait a week for the visit. My husband took time off of work to wait for the two hour window we were given for the appointment and no one showed. We cancelled our service and will set up with another company.

I called to schedule a pre-purchase termite/wood inspection on a home. The young lady could not comprehend what I wanted an appointment for, kept asking me if I would be home, told her no, not my house yet. Asked if I wanted this done after closing; I told her 3 times this was a pre-purchase inspection. I told her I had no confidence in the company if they could not hire someone to even make an appointment. Oh- & the best part is when I tried to schedule it for 9:30, she asked if that was am.

As a first time home owner, I am learning all sorts of things. such as the need for termite control services, so I interviewed five different companies and ended picking Falcon for several reasons. First, they were on time for our appointment and very courteous. Second, they offer competitive pricing. Third, they were able to get me on their schedule within days.

And lastly, they have a dog named Kirby that will come to your house as part of your contract and he actually sniffs out termites! As far as I know, no one else offers that, but I think it's a great option to have especially since there were a lot of large pieces of furniture that I wasn't able to move during the inspection, so Kirby was able to give me that added extra little peace of mind. Yay for a termite-free home!
