I've been using Regal Pest for years and love them. The only thing I would do different is go back to notifying the customer when the quarterly visit is coming up. I understand terminating the mailer (expensive) but wish there was an electronic or other reminder. The technician about scared me to death yesterday outside my window! I got over it quick, and I'm happy my German Shepherd wasn't in the yard. Just saying. Otherwise, this is a great organization.

A very professional, caring young man named David gave my bug concern devout attention and made sure I was well-informed about all he was doing to correct the problem. The critical bug problem was gone in less than two days. I could not expect more than the technician David, who was assigned to my property, did for he was afraid that it might need something more.

I feel that he was right in what he perceived the problem to be. I must also mention my lawn technician, Tony. He is a very proficient and experienced individual and seems to love his job. His professionalism does not overshadow his kind and caring personality. When he does a procedure, he often stops back in a few days to make sure of its effect and if he is not satisfied with the results, he goes a little further in his treatment. He has a smile that brightens my day! Thanks for your service, Tony!

It would be very helpful if the technician would note the amount of bait remaining in each of the stations. Knowing this when they service each one with new bait gives me a better picture of the rodent activity around my home and if I still need all bait stations. Today I signed up with Regal for Pest Control and Lawn Service. Surprisingly they sent two individuals out to my home immediately. Paula did the Pest control and Tony did the Lawn service. They are both very nice and went out of their way to explain what they would be doing. Upon completion we had a nice conversation on what they would be doing in the future. I was very impressed and feel this was a good decision to hire Regal.

The personal that works for Regal are very polite, courteous and professional. They not only do a great job but they are very careful not to damage any plants or flowers while doing their job. Benjamin Owens from Regal Pest control came to my home and thoroughly and professionally explained all aspects of the service being completed and contract agreement. Benjamin was very courteous, respectful, and thorough as he treated my entire perimeter of my home with the necessary termite chemical. After researching several pest control companies I contacted Regal Pest Control. I spoke to Richard the General Manager, he was very helpful and patient in answering all my questions. He also was able to work with me and give me an excellent price on the services I was interested in.
