I have used LA Bugs Pest & Termite Control Inc many times. They are quick to respond, and are easy to work with. I also get the impression that they deal with the animals in the most humane way possible. They are well-informed about animal habits.and are glad to share information. I would recommend them over other companies that do the same kind of work.

Juan and his team were incredibly professional and thorough. They successfully eradicated a nasty rat infestation in our attic. They identified and sealed the entry points, which were surprisingly difficult to figure out. They were always on time, and extremely pleasant to work with. They get our highest recommendation.

There's so little to say when everything goes right! They communicate--email & telephone responses are prompt. They're knowledgeable and thorough; knowing where to look, including finding where the wall-to-wall carpet wasn't secured; knowing what to use and telling you exactly what it is; and last but not least showing up when they say they will and guaranteeing their work.

We recently used LA Bugs to have our home fumigate. Fernando and Frank came out to inspect my home and found dry wood termites and subterranean termites. Both gentlemen showed up on time and where professional and answered all my question. Fernando provided me with his personal cell phone number and was here the day the tent came up and came down.
I was able to text Fernando through the whole process. This is a small family owned company and did everything possible to make sure we had a smooth and sucessful fumigation. I have already recommended this company to all my friend and family. Thank you LA Bugs.

Do NOT use these guys. I had a bug problem and they will not spray thoroughly. Thee sprayed my place in about 3 minutes before they were running off to the next job. Also I begged them to check neighbors apartments for a bed bug problem and refused trying to blame me, telling me they were sure my neighbors didn't have bugs. It turned out that I got my bed bugs from my neighbors who had bed bugs for 5 months and kept it secret.
They came and sprayed his place and the bugs scurried back into my place and i am back at square one. Trust e it was pretty clear they could care less when they sprayed and were more concerned about getting to the next job. Look elsewhere for pest control!

I am business owner and know the importance of customer satisfaction. I find it very disappointing to see companies who really don't care for customer needs. I scheduled LA Bugs to fumigate a facility twice and twice they did not follow through with their appointments. On the last appointment I came into the facility on Sunday evening to open up the facility for a 4 pm appt and no one ever showed.
I waited for them for 1 hour and left several messages and no success. It was a complete inconvenience and you will never get business from me. If your looking for a responsible Professional company, look somewhere else.
