Wonderful service. Likely one of the best in the city. They always come monthly on time, they're respectful and pleasant when they're here and the office personal are a pleasure. The gal remembers my name, and she's patient while I'm freaking out and she will do what she can to squeeze you in when she can. Even on short notice. Highly recommend.

We have A Step Above Pest Control on retainer over here at our offices. It is waterbug season and we and we always seems to be plagued with ants and rodents since we have a warehouse in an industrial district. Our technician Aaron shows up at least twice a month for upkeep. He always arrives with a smile and goes above and beyond the call of duty.
He provides excellent insight as to what's going on, and takes his time to examine all areas of our rather large facility. He just recently alerted us that we are getting an infestation due to a drain pipe in our restroom. Although not traditionally covered under our service agreement with A Step Above, he treated the pipe anyway and the problem in the bathroom immediately stopped. I would recommend Aaron and the office manager, Tania, to any and all that came to read reviews on this company. : Thanks again guys!

Aaron was called to come kill roaches during the COVID crisis. It meant alot that he came in and was safe in my house. I have pets so he told me all about the chemicals that were being used to help me understand that it was as safe as pinesol. Such a great guy. Thank you for your help with the many roaches I was dealing with.

Excellent service from Todd and the team. My mother's home had a yellow jacket nest nestled in her bedroom window. Todd called me back quickly, gave me a quote that came with a 90 day warranty. They came by twice to spray and get rid of the nest. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Very happy with their services and I feel well protected with the 90 day warranty. Thank you!
