Our household has been with Compass since we moved to the IE last year and was highly* recommended by our neighbor and are beyond satisfied with this company! Our original guy (name doesn't matter as he's been let go as of now) was extremely kind and funny but was obviously reckless as he literally broke one of our sprinklers on his first visit while doing a spray somehow (and was asking my husband to keep it a secret from me lmao) and had another incident happen on his second visit as well, but with how kind he was and knowing how times are tough we just let it go and didn't say anything to the company.

By the third time we were due for a spray, we were assigned a new guy who's been with us since last year (Ethan) who has been the absolute best and so professional! Absolutely adore this man for doing such a thorough job at making sure no critters get into our home. When we have needed his service even when not scheduled as normal, the lady I've spoken to on the phone has been so friendly/helpful and has been able to get Ethan out here for emergencies even on short notices.

Management - please take notice or give due recognition to your amazing employees such as Ethan who definitely deserve it and thank you so much Compass for having such great team overall! It's truly appreciated. : )

I have been using Compass Pest Management for over a year and I am completely happy with the service. Joseph is my technician and I am so pleased with the service he provides. Called compass for a termite inspection because we noticed possible termite in my boys room. They scheduled me within two days and Michael came out and explained what needs to be done and didn't try to oversell me on repairs like the other companies that I had come out. Very honest and professional service.

I always like when the tech calls to let me know when the arrival time will be (as it's a 2 hour window). Arrived on time, spent the time to ask questions. Got right to work and finished in a timely manner. As always a great job by the only company I use for pest control.

Their website says they do free estimates. I called them and they said they don't. They might be a good company but they should not lie about something on their website. That's all I have to say

I highly recommend this company! Called them and told them the issue I was having and they quickly got me an appointment within the same week I called. Very friendly and they even gave us a quote over the phone. Their prices were very fair and they have a 30 day guarantee which I really appreciated. We had Richard come and do our pest control he is such an amazing guy!

I've used Compass a few times now and they've always done a fantastic job. Ethan came out today and did some work at my house and made us feel very comfortable and his communication was fantastic. I have used Compass for 6mo and they are great! Joseph my technician is awesome! He is prompt, efficient and great customer service, he comes every month on Friday, same time and is always on time. I absolutely love this company including the billing office. Your bill is posted immediately on the website and you can pay as soon as your service is completed. Highly recommend this company! No BS

I didn't get any service just some info regarding what to do about the mosquitoes. Will said for $35 each bucket it will catch mosquitoes but they want me to pay monthly I said no way!

Can't say enough good things about this company. I have been a long time customer and have yet to be disappointed. Our regular maintenance person, Mario, has always done a fantastic job and addressed any concerns we had. The office staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable and has always been accommodating with scheduling appointments. Great company and I would highly recommend them!

I've been with Compass since I bought my house (8 years). Currently, Courtney (I'm not sure what their professional title is, tech?) is the one who treats our property monthly. We called in after spotting a few sugar ants and wanted to nip it in the bud before it became an issue. Gal I spoke to on the phone was thorough in explaining the process and was friendly. James was our serviceman and was such a pleasure to work with. He really went above and beyond of making sure we were satisfied before leaving and made us feel at ease if any issues were to arise.

My little family moved to Norco a couple months ago and knew we needed a pest control company asap. Called Compass and got a quote for a monthly service. Courtney has been servicing our house for the last few months. She sprays our property once a month for insects, last month she also completed a weed abatement (which was great) and before too long we'll ask for help with gophers bc Norco gophers are the size of cats. I'd say she's awesome but that's an understatement. She's really great at what she does, she's quick but thorough, always on time and always has a smile on her face even when she sometimes comes at the hottest part of the day. Services are great and their pricing is fair. Highly recommend Compass Pest Management.

The service technicians are great, but the billing department is shady. If you happen to miss a few sprays, they want to charge you $150 bucks, as if you were a brand new customer, and they don't tell u, until you get the bill, by then it's too late. If u call to complain, they cut you off completely, and tell you to go somewhere else. Very rude and unprofessional. Beware

Richard is awesome. He is always on time, quick and thorough every single time he is scheduled to stop by. He helped not only answer questions I had about spider removal (Black Widows) but made sure to rid my entire property of them. I literally had them popping up all around the house outside and he has kept the population of them non-existent. If you are looking to rid your property of pests, I honestly wouldn't bother calling around anywhere else. Just go with Compass, and ask for Richard if possible. On top of everything he is a very personable and professional guy. Hope this review helped, whoever is reading this!

They showed up on time to do some bird control on my roof. It took about 2 visits since they had to bring more tools to use but still satisfied about how they were responsible on what they did. Work done nicely and we dont hear birds coming on my roof anymore. Plus they provide 1 year warranty for the service! Estimate price was reasonable and follow up on time. Thank you again!

We had two other companies bid on this project and decided to go with this one because they had the best options for the price. They came out and set traps and checked them twice. Then Michael B. and Robert A. came out to do an attic clean up, sanitized the space and put up mesh wire to block every potential entry point. They even knocked down some wasp nests while they were on the roof. I would highly recommend Compass Pest Management to family and friends. They were courteous, efficient and left the areas they were working on clean.

I am selling my home and there was some very minor termite work that needed to be done as condition of the sale. Robert Abeyk and Michael Bernard came to my house at the date and time scheduled. They were both very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend their work. They work quickly and diligently and Robert showed me the work that was done before he and Michael departed. I got my house tented on September 28, and when I returned home I realized that they had broken the fence between my house and my neighbors house and also created a huge mess in my yard and broke my sprinkler system. They broke a pipe and left mud all over the back yard.

Dakota was very kind. He did a great job. Cleaned up his mess and was very professional. I would recommend him and his company to anyone looking for a pest control company.

Tom came out and was solid. Knowledgeable and helpful. The customer service, on the other hand, was just a terrible experience. Extremely rude - referred to me as "mister". I had two invoices from them and disputed the second one. Since I refuted the second invoice, they refused to take payment on the first invoice. After refusing to take my payment and threatening to send both invoices to collections, Velda hung up on me. I am floored with the way I was treated.

Had compass pest management do our pest and dry rot inspection for our home sale. They were professional, thorough, and on time. They sent Dakota out to do a dry rot repair before the close of escrow and did an excellent job. Dakota was friendly, professional, and provided top notch, quality work in a very short amount of time. Will definitely be using these guys again for our pest management needs.

Requested an inspection this week. I understand people are busy and that is as a consumer or potential customer part of the job. However to tell Me not until the spring because of snow when there is no snow in Lake Arrowhead and in the low 50s for the next 10 days is unprofessional. Just tell the customer you are not interested my business. That would be the acceptable and professional response.

For those reading choose who to believe there was no snow on the ground and I was never told about not servicing area. Stating weather, snow, and not having chains could have been cleared by looking at the weather app on any cell phone.

I hired this company because they responded to my inquiry quickly and the fee was reasonable. I was communicating with John B., I believe may have been the owner. John was very professional, polite and humble. (very rare nowadays) He was accommodating with my schedule and thorough with his answers to my various questions. I was notified of the appointments along with reminders via email and text.

I emailed the support service regarding changing a treatment appointment and was responded to immediately! Compass was able to rid my yard of the gophers which had taken up residence in and on my front yard. John even offered to treat the back yard in case the gophers traveled back there, however this was not necessary, as their treatment was enough to take care of the issue on the spot. Compass has one more treatment and they're done. Compass's service and customer service was enough to confirm that I had made the right choice of companies to rectify my gopher issue. I will retain their contact information in case I incur this issue again. (hopefully not, though-lol)

I thought I should get a 2nd bid regarding the termite problems that I was having at my home. I am so glad that I did. The first company (a major chain) told me that the house needed to be tented. In addition, the cost was way out of my price range. A friend recommended Compass Pest Management. Their bid revealed that my home did not require being tented and their quote was substantially less! From getting the bid to the completion of the work, everything was prompt, professional and affordable! I highly recommend Compass Pest Management!
