My wife and I took over our HOA 2 years ago and Team Too was contracted with our building. I would call them 1-2 times a year to come out for roaches and termites. They were contracted to come out twice a year and to give us a yearly report on termites. I found it strange that we had to call to remind them that they were way over due to come out. I also found it strange that each time I called, the person I talked to would have no clue who we were or what our contract stated.
But that's not why I am giving them one star. I am giving them one star for the last 2 phone calls I have had with them. The first call was asking why our contract had lapsed and why no one ever contacted us about it. They said they sent it a letter, but no one in the building has ever seen it.hmmmm. So we asked if we could re-new, well they would charge us the entire year rate for the last 2 months of the year, then hit us again in January. Really?
This is how you treat long term customers? Then there was the phone call I had today. We need to have our building tented, so I called to ask them for a quote. I was transferred to Bryan and his voicemail picked up. He said that he does not check this voicemail that often. What? Why? This is your WORK VOICEMAIL! But he does give his cell phone number.
So I call that one and it has an AC/DC ringer (I like that, but not very professional), it also goes to voicemail where he says "guess a number between 1-10, if you guess right, I will call you back, if you don't I will delete your voicemail". Are you serious? I called back the 800 number to verify I got the right person or to see if I could talk to someone else.
She said sorry, Bryan is the only person who gives quotes. I was transferred to him again and called his cell phone one more time to make sure I got the right person. Yup, he answered and asked me to email him my request for a quote and he would get back to me after he got back into the office. I will be canceling our work with Team Too and I advise everyone to stay clear of this company!

DO NOT USE THIS PEST SERVICE! From the sign on the door, they entered the apt about 10 AM. When I got home at 4:00 PM today, the apartment was a disaster. In all of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers there was puddles of pesticide spray. In the kitchen, we forgot to move a mat on the floor and instead of moving it to spray the obscured baseboard, they sprayed directly onto the mat.
It is also obvious that not every area was sprayed since it is very easy to follow their path of destruction throughout the apt. It is now almost 8:30 PM and we have spent the last three hours carefully trying to clean up all the puddles and overspray. They even sprayed directly onto the counter tops and left visible spray marks all over the painted walls (not sure if it will leave a permanent stain or not). What is worst of all is that we still have ants in the apt originating in the other areas that were just sprayed two weeks ago.
