Exposure to radon can happen anywhere in the country, even right here in Louisville, Kentucky. According to the American Lung Association, radon is the second-leading cause of lung cancer in the United States and the number one-leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers. Radon is responsible for an estimated 21,000 deaths each year.

Kudo's to Austin, who was the service tech at a rental home I own. Thanks to Austin, my tenant is happy once again, with no infestation in her basement. Austin not only took care of the problem but also found a solution to prevent future Infestations. IPM services truly is an integrated pest management company Helping to resolve the issue not just putting a band-aid on it. Also, I live 45 miles from my rental and Austin kept constant contact with me, so that I knew what was going on, without needing to ask my tenant. I will look no further for future needs!

Jerry did a termite inspection on my home without knowing other companies had already been here. The difference between what each company did during the free inspection was night and day. IPM was way more thorough than Orkin and much more affordable. Month or so later I had Pest control out and the lady that came out was very friendly and professional. Can't say enough good things! Thank you!

I had Integrated Pest Management Services install a Radon mitigation system in my basement. Readings went from 18+ to.3 and only took a few hours to install. Dennis worked with me to find the best spot to hide the piping from the street. Probably not the easiest spot but they took the extra time to keep the thing out of view as much as possible. I should have had them come out years ago. They were also very punctual for the install and then when they came back a few days later to pick up the testing equipment.

Best pest control we ha e ever had. Never had one issue with anything they do, we actually look forward to seeing our pest control person every month. We never see bugs since we have had IPM, and they always say if we see anything between appointments give them a call and they will be right back out at no extra cost! Want a great pest control you can count on for a really great price this is the place to call!

As a residential Home Inspector, IPM is always my first choice for termite inspections. Their inspectors are always very knowledgeable and professional with my clients. The radon mitigation crew is second-to-none; I've personally contracted two of their mitigation systems and have been very happy with the work. IPM has no robo-answering services or scheduling blocks, just a quick call to one of the friendly office ladies and they'll get you scheduled. As a professional in the field, I highly recommend IPM.

Pricing was lower than other received and lower than what the internet said I should pay. Installers were timely and friendly the day of installation. Office contacts friendly as well. Radon levels fell below 4.0 picocuries per liter of air (pCi/L). Be certain to identify in the contract any special conditions that might affect system performance or function such as under slab moisture content, floor drain installations or concrete type used in the floor to be penetrated.
These can lead to undesirable results. This system was taken offline after 8 days for two reasons. The CFM for this installation is 170 cfm @ 1.20 WC. Overtime this flow rate created a vacuum that caused drain trap water to be sucked from the floor drain that dumps into the sump well. At risk here is back drafting the gas water heater and HVAC unit.
Second the fan has vibration that results in vibration along the vertical exhaust pipe and into the living environment. Manufactures installation guidelines require a plumb and level fan installation to allow proper condensation drainage. Condensate is the source of the vibration. This contractor meet its contractual obligations. Overall I would say nothing stands out here so I would rate it a neutral experience.

Jared was great, very professional, receptive to input, and thorough in his work! The company prices were competitive and office staff courteous and flexible with my schedule. Recommend carrying different types of concrete on the truck to place patches of concrete that match the existing as closely as possible.
