When we first moved to the area two years ago we found John at Jury Pest after calling multiple other companies. John was extremely kind, and knowledgeable and took the time to explain and detail their processes. Their customer service has been the best we have experienced in the area! We have since added mosquito services to our home and have not been disappointed.
Our home came with a termite warranty from another company, and we have been less than satisfied and hope to change that service over to Jury in the near future as well. We look forward to working with Jury for years to come!

Fantastic service! Rob came out with Johnathon and identified the problem (powder post beetles), they worked with my schedule, then came back and treated the problem thoroughly. Rob explained the process along the way, what he was doing and why he was doing it, which I appreciated. I saw immediate results, as the bugs were dying ok contact! I'm sure the problem is taken care of and feel confident that I picked the right people for the job, 100% recommended to anyone needing pest control!

The technician Justin came out and did his termite inspection for my closing tomorrow. He told me I did not have any problems and would give me a clear letter for the buyer. By the next day Rob was telling my realtor that I needed termite treatment even though I did not have live termites and needed a moisture barrier for total of $2300. I don't. want to do business with people who can't be trusted but it looks like I will be forced to.
My closing is July 14. I am beyond disappointed that 1 week from closing I am hit with something like this. Its give in or lose the sale. I have already moved out if my house 2 days ago.

Jury Pest Services has some of the best customer service in the CSRA. I spoke with Johnny about an issue I had with a property and between him and Rob, they took care of the situation in less than 24 hours. Superb customer service, extremely trustworthy and reliable. They went over and beyond and I would highly recommend their services.
