I have been a customer of Aiken Pest Control at my residence for 27 years. I have always gotten good service from the Service Professional. On a recent service at my residence, Jason James detected a leaking water line under my house. He left me a written note of his detection. I wasn't home on the day of his service. On his service visit on this past Thursday, June 9th; I had the opportunity to meet him and "Thank" him. This is exemplary service beyond the call of duty. Johnny is my tech and has been wonderful and accommodating from scheduling my services to being scheduled in a timely manner when I have issues. Today Johnny was off and Thomas was sent to help me with an issue I was having. He came the same day I called, was professional and informative to help me find a solution. Our Aiken Pest Control technician, Manny, is very thorough and courteous every time he visits our home. A really nice fellow who does a good inspection each time and inquires as to any pest problem we may have had. So far, no problems and well pleased with his service! Ivan explained all that he was doing, covered his shoes before entering our home, explained each step he took when doing the inspection, and was so nice. PHENOMENAL! We moved to Aiken in mid December, 2021. Aiken Pest did the termite inspection for the purchase. We were so pleased with their friendliness, thoroughness, punctuality, and professionalism that we decided to continue our regular maintenance with them as well. Every time they come, they are above and beyond polite and courteous. They make sure to ask if we have any questions or concerns that we want addressed. I have used Aiken Pest Control for 7 years and have been very satisfied with their business. I am moving to another home and today Steven F. came to the house to do the initial start up. He did a fabulous job inside and really went out of his way to make sure everything outside was heavily sprayed. He was very friendly and told me a lot of valuable information about bugs! He is very professional and knowledgeable about his job and just an all around nice guy. Kudos to Steven F.!

Len was my tech and he did an amazing job. Very quick and thorough. I recently moved from Texas and he was very helpful in pointing out the types of pest that are common to this area and what to keep an eye out for. He was very knowledgeable on the different types of wildlife around here also, including snakes, which is important when you have two curious dogs. If this is the level of service I can expect, they will have my business for a long time to come.

I've been doing business with Aiken Pest for several years at different houses. Robert started as my tech a few years ago and I have requested him to service my home each time I've changed addresses. He's very knowledgeable and courteous. Gets the job done and makes sure he's covered everything he was there to do. I'll be staying with APC until I no longer have need for pest control.

I have been using Aiken Pest for years. I have never had an issue with any pests at my home since they started. Today, I met Thomas. He was fantastic! I knew a few days prior that he was coming as a part of my subscription. He was very respectful and reminded me of services that I had forgotten. He completed his outside inspection, cleaning, and spraying.

He also completed an inside inspection for activity (none found). I love that Thomas takes care of my home as if it were his home. Thomas, thank you for protecting my family and property.

Aiken Pest Control workers Steve & Collin came to our house yesterday and inspected our house n outside perimeter. It was our first experience with them. They were very knowledgeable, nice, and respectful. We are very pleased with their work and explanation of services. We are in a contract with them now. We are very glad we called them.

We were having trouble with German cockroaches & Scott came and had a look & treated our home. What I really liked was his friendly & professional manor. He very patiently answered all our questions & helped us understand the habitat that the roaches seek & their life cycle. We are new to the south & to our home so this was very helpful. He came back again a week later & explained our progress. We appreciate Scott & Aiken Pest Control!

I highly recommend Aiken pest control. They came and did an inspection and sprayed. When I called I spoke with Kayla to make an appointment. She is very friendly and helpful. Len and Collin did my inspection and was absolutely wonderful and friendly and very informative as well as helpful.

We’ve lived in our home for 2 years here in Aiken now and Manny has become our tech only in the last year. I have to say he is very knowledgeable and not just that, he cares about his clients! We use Aiken pest control for quarterly service around our private residence. I recently spoke to Amber on the phone who was polite, kind, and patient with all of my questions.
Nate is our normal technician. He is always on time, honest, thorough, and gets the job done. We were suppose to get a service today and Nate called prior to our scheduled appointment to say that he was running a little behind due to truck difficulties.

It wasn’t a problem at all for us and I appreciate him taking the time to call us. I know things can come up and and I really appreciate him communicating to me that he was a bit behind schedule. Ian was in the area and did our normal service due to Nate having vehicle difficulties. Ian was extremely polite, answered my questions and did a great job!

I had a bat decide to waltz into my home and "chill out": that's nice for him and all.but. I called Aiken Pest Control and they took great care of me. Justin arrived in no time to take care of the bat. He was kind and professional. Highly recommend Aiken Pest Control.

These folks are all about the customer! I have their quarterly service plan covering inside and out of my home. Service technicians are always respectful and take very good care to provide excellent service. I have called a couple of times outside of my service window and they come right out, promptly to take care of any issues. I can rest assured that there's no bugs in or near my home and if I see one they'll come take care of it! Get their service plan! It's well worth the $ (totally affordable)!

Best in service. This company is such a fantastic customer centric organization. They are responsive, and take great care of customers. I wish other companies would follow their example because they are stellar.

Prompt service. Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. They come in between scheduled visits if pests reappear.

They take good care of us. We're on their schedule plan. They come every 3 months. However if you see any insects or pests that come around in between, they come and handle accordingly at no charge. Very efficient and very informative especially when we have questions about certain bugs that come around due to weather. We moved here from the West coast and havent had to deal with all the bugs y'all have out here due to the humidity and very different environment. Aiken came very recommended and we know we're in good hands as far as pest control in and around our home. All good.
