Riggin's Pest & Moisture Control

We used Riggins for moisture control of our crawl space due to his excellent reputation for moisture control, along with honesty and integrity. They were fantastic to work with which started with the office manager, Heather, who went out of her way to try to accommodate our schedule and was always so pleasant and friendly. Garrett and rest of the guys were amazing!

We had some areas which were so low, Garrett had to belly crawl to dig the trench and place the corrugated tubing and rocks. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price! They will be returning to do additional work on our drainage issue with our front yard! It has been raining all day today and sump pump is working great! Thanks Chris, Heather, Garrett and the rest of the gang!

Will is Amazing! My wife and I specifically ask for him every time. He is also who I request for my storage facility. Mr. Riggins was referred to me by my realtor. I have heard positive things about him. However, the lady at his office was very unprofessional: I talked to her on Monday, December 7, 2020. She sent someone to my property to assess the situation. On Tuesday she told me that she was typing up an estimate. I asked her if she could email it to me. She said yes and I gave her my email address.

No email from her Tuesday night nor today. I called to follow up because the situation is urgent. She yelled at me and I hung up the phone. I took my business elsewhere. The new person started today and will finish the project by tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon. Although Riggins has good reputation, but his office manager is unprofessional and needs to learn to treat customers with respect.

Riggins was thorough, professional, and polite. They provided both expert advice and an estimate with options broken out that were easy to understand.

I can not say enough about Will. He is always courteous and very thorough. I recommend them to all of my friends for pest control.

I can't remember the tech name but he was absolutely amazing and detailed. He explained the termite report and what would show on it. I am very pleased with their service!

We purchased a rental property and found out pretty quickly that we definitely had a big moisture issue. Our trusted real estate agent recommended that we call Riggins because she had several clients that had good experiences with them. We reached out to Riggins and found out that they were available to come out pretty quickly for an estimate. The work definitely was not cheap, but they were able to fix the drainage issue and restore the backyard pretty quickly.

I am sure we probably could have shopped around and found someone to do the work for less. However, less is not always the best way to go! I am glad we went with a company that came so highly recommended and was able to successfully address our issues pretty quickly.

Wesley came out twice within a week for precautionary pest control. He gives good service, has good work ethic, and always answers my questions with out making me feel rushed. I have used the company for several years.
