Williams did nothing the first service and so I called about warranty they advertise and they sent someone else out but charged me again! Misrepresenting not disclosing this additional cost. I was charged twice for nothing and they didn't care. They are horrible and Larry Williams was not only rude but just brushed me aside and so I refuse to do business with anyone that lacks integrity. Consumer beware!

Just moved here from CALIFORNIA and am overrun by spiders, crickets, grasshoppers, June bugs, spiders, and ants. Called the post control and Williams was the most friendly, a real sweet lady answered the phone and told me everything included with the service, how it worked what exactly they did, all the information up front. Other company's I called wanted to charge more, and we're not friendly at all over the phone, hard to hear, and I had to pry all the info out of her.
When technician arrived he was very kind and friendly asked me what I was having the most trouble with and where then explained to me each step of the process as he was doing it. Will be using them again, and highly recommend!

Wish I could give negative stars! I scheduled an appointment with them to spray my parents house (84 yr. old father & 80yr. Old Mother-with Alzheimer's) I could not be there so I cancelled the appointment. They showed up anyway, although they told me they had it cancelled in their system-my father was caught off guard, thought I scheduled it and let them spray.
Food was all over the counters, dishes in the cabinets, dog food on the floor, and the tech STILL sprayed! My father paid them, even though there was NO WAY they sprayed like they were supposed to, according to THEIR requirements to get coverage. I contacted the company within the hour to complain. I was told-"we'll take care of it"which translated into- they cashed the check for $189.00!
When I called to complain, I was told "my supervisor" which means the owner would call me-I'm not holding my breath! I will post this complaint on every social media site I can find and I am filing a complaint with the State- with pictures of all of the food, etc. left out and exposed to the spray that their tech did.
