Shannon was reliable and responsive to the family of raccoons living in my Crawlspace. He was able to chase them out without having to enforce himself or the raccoons harm. He then came back to fixed the repair work. Redi National was little pricey but they very effective and knowledgeable. Thank you Shannon.

I called Redi National on a Friday and was able to schedule an appointment the next day, on a Saturday for a large rat living underneath my kitchen cabinet. By the time I called Redi, I had previously paid another service, who did a good job sealing up the house but never caught the rat that we knew was there. The former pest service was not willing to help me further.

I made other calls, but no one was willing to remove the toe trim and do the work. On Saturday, Shannon Fernandez showed up and did the job. He did not hesitate to do whatever it took to flush out and remove this rat that had been torturing me for months. After the removal, everything was cleaned up and taken away. Shannon Fernandez is my hero. I highly recommend this company and will never forget the positive attitude and true concern made by Shannon.

I have worked with Redi-National on two occasions when we had an issue with rats and again with a ant infestation. Everyone from the company that we talked with and who came out to the house was polite, knowledgeable, and arrived on time. In both instances the problems were resolved effectively. Look at the complaints filed with the BBB if You want several examples as to why to not hire This company. We don't want to spend the money but are seriously considering taking them to small claims court to get it on the record that they rip off their customers. We have Ring videos showing the techs coming to our door, ringing the doorbell, walking around the back of the house and leaving minutes later.

This service cost us $140 a month for them to do nothing. We payed around $2k for them to replace our vapor barrier under the house and build a new access door to the crawl space. The door they built is where several rodents have been getting in and because it hasn't been maintained by the techs we will more than likely have to replace our vapor barrier again.

Redi National may be the worst business I have ever attempted to work with. Their technicians have twice come to the house and rang the bell and then immediately left without doing anything. When i called to point this out and told them i had it on our camera it then took several phone calls for any sort of a response. When they finally came out all the traps under the house had rodents in them and according to the manager the vapor barrier they had installed was bad enough for him to tell me it would need to be replaced.

I then spent a month trying to get any sort of response and when they finally booked an appointment I called an hour and a half past their latest arrival window only to be told they wanted to set more traps and wouldnt be out today. I would caution anyone looking for reliable pest control against using Redi National as they have zero regard for anyone's time or property

Ant infestation in a newer 850 SF home. $436.00. The ant problem never was cleared. The "guarantee" is only good if you continue the billing and payment. I'm waiting to hear back from the manager to see if they want to resolve the forever payment with little progress cycle.

I gave them the HIGH rating of ONE STAR because they answered their phone yesterday when I called. Otherwise, it would be ZERO stars. BEWARE do NOT use this company. I should have looked at YELP ratings as they have all ONLY been 2 stars not good. This was a waste of my time. I had samples of DEAD bugs in baggies to determine identification of them.

I have been getting bites on my face, back of neck & found a bug in my hair after sleeping. My mom stayed in my room upstairs and she had had bites as well in November. I woke up with small bites on my feet and ankles. Shannon looked at the sealed baggie samples I had and SAID THEY WEREN'T BUGS! Some may not be bugs. but YES, I killed them before putting them in the bags.

Even though I had collected them crawling on the kitchen countertop while they were alive. I am currently a RN with 13 yrs. Inpatient psychiatric experience (which this company did NOT know) He told me I had Psychosis?! I told him WRONG PERSON to tell that to. He did NOT do an inspection of my house. Also, the white paint over dry wall & paint had been embedded with 4 black bugs which I had taken a picture of last night before I removed them with steel tweezers.

I called his number back to talk to the supervisor, Mathew. Mathew was not available. I then received a call back from Taylor who said she was a supervisor. She said Shannon has years of "experience" and they believe him. I told her he refused to look at the picture of proof of my drywall. Online it states that Wood Beatles do embed in drywall and can bite like bedbugs.

I could also have carpet beatles besides. I called another company of course. People that have delusions and hallucinations have diagnoses of Bipolar 1, Schizoaffective Disorder or Schizophrenia. I don't have any of those but Anxiety from dealing with all of this. I WOULD attach photos but don't know how to do that from my new phone.

I called Redi-National (they are a single office business, I assume by the name national that they were bigger). They came out and treated for a big that was biting my son. The treatment took 5 minutes and cost $400. A few weeks later, I called to have them come back out as I had tiny flies in the home. They retreated "as a courtesy" another 5 minute treatment, but the flies are still here. Now they want another $500 to complete the treatment. Doesn't seem right to me. The technician was nice enough but seemed inexperienced.

I signed up with REDI NATIONAL in March of this year (2021). Matthew Behrens came to my house and did an inspection of the mole damage and told me that they will use a carbon monoxide (CO) gas machine (looks similar to a small generator on a hand truck) to inject CO into the tunnels to kill the moles. He said they will also put poison worms (Taliprid) into the tunnels as well as spread castor oil granules monthly as a preventative.

I paid about $700 for the initial two CO injections about two weeks apart and for the poison worm bait placement and then paid $95/month for the castor oil granules. Since there are woods adjacent to my property I think that has been a constant source of moles so when they kill one mole, within a week or so I see mounds again, although, unlike trapping where you get to see the dead mole, there is no proof that the intervention has actually killed the mole.

They would come out a few days to a week after I reported new mole activity but about half the time the tech would not have the CO machine and would say other techs had checked them all out. In late summer the techs said they ran out of bait and castor oil granules and could not get them but still they charged me the monthly fee. In November it became harder and harder to get them to send a tech out when I reported new mole activity and at the beginning of this month (December 2021) when I called the office, Mary asked if Matthew had talked to me and I said no.

She said he wanted to talk to me and she would send my number to him via text and have him call me but he never called me. I have his mobile number and I texted him and left voice messages for him several times but he never contacted me back. It seemed as if they just wanted me to go away but would not say so. I see there are a lot of other reviews like this on Yelp so I think this is their standard procedure after they see that they are not going to be able to handle a job and won't admit it. I would NEVER use them again and would tell anyone who asks me about them to NEVER use them.

Made 3 appointments with this company. They failed to show to do this business "3" times. this meant i wasted 3 morning waiting for this company. I had to call to find out where the crew was only to find out they were not coming. This is what I consider a non-professional crew. I guess in retrospect It is best i get another company because I do want a professional job. From my dealings I do not think i would have received a professional job

In late August 2021, while we were out of town in an area with near-zero reception, our tenants reported a bad smell (dead rodent) in the house. Because we were not able to speak with or schedule potential pest control companies, we asked our tenants to select a firm of their choice. They hired Redi National to help locate and remove a dead animal that was causing a terrible smell.

The Redi National employee sent was sick and informed our clients that he had no sense of smell and was unable to help them track down the source. He walked around the house aimlessly, told them he couldn't find anything, then left us with a bill for $275.63. Sending a sick employee into a client's home - with COVID symptoms (loss of smell) - seems like the epitome of professional negligence and public health nightmare to me.

In addition to exposing our tenants to some infectious disease, the Redi National employee was incapable of doing the job that he was hired to perform. I feel like they stole $275.63 from me. As indicated by other reviewers, I would give them ZERO stars, if that were an option. My advice to others who are considering Redi National in the Seattle area is to hire ANYONE else.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is a total ripoff. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone. The treatments they did for ants didn't work at all, and they involved drilling holes in our interior walls. They were supposed to cover the holes but they didn't so it looked pretty bad when they left. They were supposed to only drill into walls that communicate with the outside but the technician that came didn't know what he was doing so he drilled a bunch of useless holes that the spray wouldn't even pentrate.

Someone came out to fill the holes after but they missed about half of them so they had to come back a second time. Now working on getting our money back and NO ONE will return my calls. Terrible place. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have to tell you that I haven't experienced this great of customer service in a long time! Tim did a wonderful job! He is meticulous and does a very thorough job, so wonderful to have someone take your pest concerns seriously. In addition, he was respectful of my home, my time and my animals - my dogs didn't even bark at him - which says a lot about the type of person he is : I certainly hope he is our regular guy for our monthly treatments.

Bold faced liar is what I would call the kid who was treating 2 homes for us. Set traps in 2 different homes in the attics. At least that's what he told me. I looked in the attic that we were living in to find rat traps everywhere, problem was no BAIT on any of them. When I confronted him on his next visit he said and I quote. Oh my bad I take full responsibility for this and will take care of it right away.

He also assured me that there was in fact BAIT on our rental house traps in the attic. NOT EVEN. so what rats see yellow and jump on the traps and commit suicide. This was the contractors son by the way, and I cant imagine how many seniors and just regular people who never go into there attics thinking they are protected ARE NOT.

Tony from Redi national just came to inspect some mystery dust piles in my basement. Turns out it is most certainly not pest related, but he was still very professional and educated me on what to look for with termites, ants, etc. Cannot thank Redi national enough for giving me some peace of mind (for free!). Will definitely call them in the future if I do have a pest issue on my hands.

So I have had redi national for about 2 years ( guessing) due to ants, and had mice/rats going under my home. I had a technician named Anthony S. He was super nice, and always did his work to the best of his abilities, and always called/texted me when he would be at my home and if he found anything. Well I'm assuming he either quit or changed routes because he is no longer my technician.

I have this new guy and he always seems grumpy, texts at 7-7:30pm (I get up at 3am for work) seems like he hates his job, and only half asses the job. I have asked him to send me a text when he is finished, to see if I need to do any thing around my yard to help with keeping critters away. No responses, he shows up spends 10 min at my home and leaves.

If he does inspect my crawl space, then it's only a quick look around. The latest was he sends me a text around 7:30pm tells me he will be out the following day, I text back asking for an afternoon appointment, because I have another contractor giving me a quote on roofing and decking, don't want them to be working around each other, sure enough 11:30am here comes redi national. 10 min and only sprays the back yard, doesn't go underneath my home. And then sends me a bill via email. doesn't let me know he is done, just comes and goes.$85 for less than 10 min? This company is getting worse and worse

Redi National has a guarantee on their site that they don't live up to. I have complained that they were not servicing my crawlspace - only the outside bait traps. Well, this was now validated by repairmen under the house who said it's a mess with dead rats. Has Redi National come back to service the crawlspace? No. I get told that the manager will call me. Does he? No.

To make matters worse, the critters have eaten my ductwork. I need this replaced. My bedroom is cold, thanks to the rats. Meanwhile, throughout this months' long ordeal, a technician arrived ONCE AGAIN to only service the outdoor traps. The rats remain under the house decomposing. This is disgusting and a health hazard.

They do not know what they are doing. Called them as I found both mice and ants issues in my house. And they said "other companies control the issue and they eliminate the issue". But even after the 1st treatment, we had mice and ants activities in the next few days. I called they many tome and they came back 4 times. But each time they did not solve any issues.

Now I have seen more ants and mice activities than before and I paid $550 for getting things worse. Fortunately I cancelled their service for $89 every month for the next year. This company did not refund me $100 they promised. I also told them each time during their first 3 treatments that the problem was persisting and they weren't caring. Instead, the 4th time they sent a person even did not bring right equipment and materials.

This company is full of cheating and they do not deliver what they promised. Never hire them and let them go bankrupt. Also their charge is much higher than others. The worst one to work with.

Stay away from this company. Called them as I had a moles infestation and 4 months in I have more than before and I am out $500 plus $85 every month for the next year. I also told them after their first treatment that the problem was persisting and they weren't caring much about it. They are timely in charging me every month though. Extremely disappointed with the service. Just do it yourself and save your money, as clearly they aren't good at what they do or they don't care.

I had a really positive experience today when I called Redi National for an inspection and quote. The friendly receptionist picked up the phone right away, and sent out an inspector in a few short hours to take a look, the same day. The inspector, David Reese, was very professional and educated us that we had a squirrel (not a rat issue as we thought) and taught us solutions to fix it.

He even provided guidance that it's a good idea to inform our landlord since we're renters. Excellent customer service and really friendly staff. I'll call them again in a heartbeat!

Redi National does not seem to have the correct procedures in place to work with rental properties. As the owner of the property I called and arranged a time for them to meet with the tenant and ask for them to provide me the findings. They said they would send me photos which never happen. They verbally tell me over the phone about some of the contract requirements and expect them to send me the contract.

Instead of sending me the owner the contract to sign they have the tenant who they already know is not the home owner sign the contract. Then the 1st bill gets routed to the tenant and not to the home owner. I call twice to speak with a manager and neither time does a manager return my phone call. I had to instruct them to call the tenant to arrange convenient time and with a longer time window. I had to instruct them that asking to gain access the same day is not going to work.

About a couple months ago I ended up with ants all over my patio and worst of all, in my kitchen. I was devastated and started eating breakfast elsewhere. I contacted a company who came out and did absolutely nothing after telling us to just keep surfaces clean and the problem will go away; well it did not! So I contacted Redi National who came out right away to do an assessment and determine what my needs were.

They were very professional and timely. The service was amazing and I haven't seen an ant since the first application. I feel like Redi National game me back my peace of mind! These folks are amazing. The contract clearly states call before you come so we can let them in, and they seem incapable of doing that. So they're not really doing what we pay for and cancelling is a nightmare of red tape. Spend your money elsewhere

Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can. They utilize deceptive business practices and will refuse to cancel your service, even after three months and repeated requests. They are expensive, dishonest, and very rude on the phone (especially the office manager). There is a reason why this company has so many recent 1-star reviews. They ought to exterminate themselves, as they are the true vermin.

Don't. Seriously, save yourself some stress in your life and DON'T go with REDI National. There is a reason why they have a majority of negative reviews. I've had a lot of experience with REDI and they are a nightmare. This includes 6 appointments missed. Which means I called, made an appointment, took the time off of work to be at my house to let them in and nobody showed up.

On six different occasions! (Okay after the 3rd time that's basically on me for believing they would show up but our landlord wants to follow the contract through). We've had multiple notes "invoices" left on our door when we weren't home saying that they serviced the house. even though our account is for inside inspection. We've also had them show up unexpected early in the morning on weekends on the last day of the month because they wanted to be able to get the service in before months end. I've called and complained and the people over the phone sometimes seem genuine and say that they are putting my requests and appointments down on the "notes" of my account. just to call back later and have to explain everything all over again because there are "no notes in my account." To much stress, I can't wait until our contract is up!

Over $350 to spray for spiders as an initial payment + $66 a month going forward. When I realized that initial payment wasn't for the full year and that I'd be paying $800 I called to cancel. They won't let you until a manager calls you to try and resell you on the package. Beyond that they claim the contract locks you into a minimum 60% (of the year) cancellation fee.

So no matter what you owe them over $1000 for putting cardboard boxes around your house. Scammers operate this way, not legitimate business. How about, don't overcharge for a service you know isn't going to provide good results on that type of pest, and instead of making it a hassle for customers to get out of ridiculous contracts just make a more reasonable fee with a cancel anytime policy?

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a 3 week treatment set up with this company that took over 2 months for them to complete. Yet their payment was taken out of my account promptly on time. I was stood up for appointments with no phone call, yet the tech showed up on different days because they contacted him and not me, the customer. My home was left filthy, holes in different spots, different sizes, grey filler on white walls. Didn't even clean the sawdust from the holes they put in the walls. It took weeks to get a response from them. All in all one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business.

I've used Ridi National over the past year and their service was horrible. I've had a total of 4 no-shows and they arrived with the wrong equipment 5 times. I have a large deck in the backyard which has to be sprayed with a power hose to reach the wall under the kitchen and dining area. I was informed when I signed the contract that would not be a problem, instead, they would show up with a little hand-held sprayer that I could have done myself, which could NOT reach the wall.

They always have to reschedule which was a constant pain. Id talked with their managers and office who would say they would put it in my file but it still happened. Also! READ. the contract you sign with them. At the signing, the guy says its only for a year and that's it but the contract states you have to mail them a letter saying you no longer need there service plus you have to continue paying for and using them 45 days after they receive the letter. Beware.
