Just wanted you to know that your Technician Marcus that came to treat our house was Amazing! He was So very polite and very knowledgeable about your services and product. I would def. use your service again on the Strength of him being very aware of the issues at hand. I just thought you should know about his positive performance! **Im not a Family member, as other reviewer mentioned** As far as the product itself I will update as of its effectiveness. But Marcus was here for about a hour and was very thorough! I couldn't be more pleased with Fleabusters Service!

Buyer beware: This product is marketed with money back guarantee but trying getting your money back and try finding courteous customer service--I didn't. I contacted customer service and they tried to talk me out of return and wanted to ship me more product. I didn't want this. I was told by customer service to mail back empty container when product was ineffective for me.
I went to the trouble to find a box and go to pack and ship store as advised. Never received refund. Months later, contacted this company and was told I should have returned it to vet. (Not the instructions they gave me over phone). individual I spoke with was plain rude and repeatedly cut off my sentences. When I asked for owner, she said she WAS the owner.
Next thing I knew-a male I'd spoken with previously answered the phone and was also quite rude, raised voices and denied I would have been told to mail back pkg. Said they'd only refund me half the amt. My vet got involved also, to no avail. I had slip proving I'd mailed the pkg. They said they never got it and that I shouldn't have mailed it, even though they asked me to. Insane experience and fleas remain!
