My technician Joe calls the day before he is scheduled makes sure if I have any questions or concerns regarding any pertaining issues that need to be taken care of. Joe is professional and on time. While my residence falls outside of their service area, they have been extremely helpfully in diagnosing pest problems that I've encountered in my home. I've had two experiences with Frazier Pest Control. When I was on my complex HOA board Frazier was our preferred vendor. They did a great job, great service and good pricing. When I moved to the woods they were my pest control company and did a wonderful job.

So I didn't exactly use the pest control side just their technician Joe pur water pipe at home broke and water was flooding our yard and our house. The lever on the meter was broken and the water wouldnt turn offand Joe was driving by and stopped to help us. He got the water turned off faster than I was off the phone with the water company. Thank you so much! My pups thank you too!

I signed up with Frazier pest control back in September of 2020. They were supposed to come every month and service my home. In December, they contacted me and apologized for not coming to service my home since September. I was totally cool with it and asked them how I was supposed to pay them because they never told me. It is through your email. Ok well I am not the best at checking my emails.

So I missed a few bills. I eventually paid them and everything was going well except I still had these little tiny black ants in my bathroom. I ended up switching to quarterly because my main problem was the tiny black ants and they were still there. My dad ended up getting really sick and spent 2 months in the hospital after getting his covid vaccine.

He went from being a full functioning adult as a manager at a car dealership, to drooling on himself and not able to go to the bathroom by himself. Frazier sent me to collections instead of just calling me. I don't understand why they could not just communicate. The charged me $30 in late fees instead of just making a phone call saying hey we haven't received a payment.

The first technician Chris used to call me before he would spray. Aaron never called. I don't even know for sure they actually serviced my home to be honest. I am very disappointed. I gave two stars because at least Chris was a good technician.

I wanted to let you know that Frazier termite did an amazing job! The buyers agent for a Real Estate Sale transaction called me on Wednesday April 6th to say the buyers have decided to have a termite inspection when originally they did not ask for one. This would be fine except that the escrow was closing on April 15th and this was April 6th. I called Frazier office and scheduled the inspection for the soonest which was April 11th. Jason Elliott, Service Manager, called me and said he could fit me into his schedule as he understood the urgency, he conducted the inspection on Thursday April 7th AND sent the report the same day. I was grateful for Frazier to expedite the inspection and report. Frazier Termite is amazing!

Called about an ant problem in my condo. Within a couple hours of my call, Luis the tech arrived-same day service! He was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain how to make sure my pet parrot was safe during and after the treatment. The price was reasonable too. Very satisfied!

I needed rapid response for a mouse problem. Frazier sent a wonderful superintendent who explained everything and was very careful to make sure my Pug and I were minimally exposed to chemicals. Luis wore a mask the entire time, even outside in the heat while he was inspecting my mobile home. Pricing is reasonable. I am so grateful for the care and concern.
