Transaction Termite is a member of the Realtor Board Vendor List. Due to this reason, do not use them. They are only operate in the interest of helping Realtors sell homes. Our Buying Realtor told us we had to pay for Transaction Termite services after the Sellers Realtor picked this company. Red Flag: Do not let a Seller Realtor pick your termite inspection.
We were living out of the area and trusted that the Realtors and this company were looking out for us. That was a terribly wrong assumption. Shortly after moving in (within a week), the termite infestation was present in the home. We hired another company, whom was able to find the infestations within minutes and also found that the infestations had been covered up.
Upon contacting the office, the staff was rude and unfriendly. Unwilling to provide exceptional customer assistance. After calling my Realtor, the company decided to charge us for repairs. Their inspector (same one as before) came out for another inspection and only visually looked at what we showed him that he "missed". Also not note: Their Inspector did not even leave an inspection tag and violated Article 6 - 8619, both visits! Sean Roberts finally reached out to me himself.
They offered to only provide services for one area and not the other areas that were also identified. We spent thousands of dollars in repairs. This past week; during Christmas, Sean sent a mass email asking for donations for his charity. I quickly reminded him that had I not spend all that money during a pandemic, perhaps I could of made a donation. Had I not of received that fishing email, I would not of left this review. I would not recommend. Call The Bug Guys instead. They are amazing. Their Inspectors know what they are doing and follow the laws.
