ACe was so welcoming and pleasing when I first spoke to them about ridding my home of mice. I had service for about a year, and during that period I found what I and my service person thought to be where the mice were entering my basement. The service person did not offer to seal the point of entry. 8 called the company and asked if service technicians did that.
They said service technicians will seal up the holes if they could get to them. I, a 5'2 person.could get to the point of entry so i wasn't sure why the fellow who serviced my house wouldn't. What he did was put rodent poison and traps throughout my house. I specially told him not to use glue traps. I wanted the mice gone but not tortured! He used them anyway.
At that point, I cancelled my service. March of this year but no one told the service technician. I told him when he showed up at my house. I was charged for that day. So I called again and spoke to Daryl and told him I had cancelled in March but was still getting a charge. He said there was no record that I had cancelled in March. My fault that I couldn't remember the fellow I spoke to.
So I canceled again but told Daryl that ACE owed me a credit of $77 for a service.that I'm not even certain I got.after I had terminated service. I, of course, am not going to get a refund. He had excuses. The bottom line is.it's hard to terminate a service with them! AND.I STILL have mice!

I've used ACE for several years and they're a great company! We found termites and ants in our garage a week ago. They came out and inspected, marked no drill zones, and installed my termite bait stations all within 6 days! Also, they're very reasonably priced and friendly to work with. Ace Exterminating always does a great job providing extermination services for my home. I initially called them last year from my friend's referral to handle a wasp nest above my front porch. They came out quickly and took care of the situation and I have not had that problem since. I have a yearly agreement for quarterly extermination services. My service tech, Jonathan, is very knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and patiently answers all of my questions. He does an excellent job exterminating the inside and outside of my home. I look forward to continued service with Ace Exterminating Co.

We received a scheduled service visit on Monday 4-18-22 from ACE Exterminating by Marcus (technician). Todays service was "Outstanding" as Marcus was very professional, friendly, thorough, responsive and would welcome him back. I would recomend Marcus for Employee of the week / Month should you have an Employee Recognition program.

Our experience with ACE exterminating was wonderful. We were moving houses on a Friday and found these tiny looking bugs in our couch. Obviously this made us very uneasy and was freaking out at the possibility of them being bed bugs. We tried calling multiple extermination companies in the tristate and none of them were very helpful. When we called ACE they were very friendly on the phone and understood the time crunch we were under with moving.
We were able to send a picture of the bugs to them via text message. Instantly they were able to put us at ease by telling us they were varied carpet beetles and were common with new furniture that was kept in a warehouse. They put us on the schedule for the next morning, the technician was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They treated the bugs in one treatment and decided it was a very minor case. We were able to finish moving the same weekend.
