A company representative visited my home and introduced the services of Sure Thing Pest Control. He explained the initial home inspection for pests and the on going program to prevent future infestations. He had no problem with me accompanying him as he toured my home. He explained what he was looking for and any areas that could be problematic. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge.

He demonstrated his knowledge and willingness to explain Sure Thing's program. I liked the "no up-sell" and "no scare" approach to his services in relationship to my home. He gave me confidence in Sure Thing Pest Control. After this visit I signed up for a quarterly treatment program.

The company was very responsive from my initial contact. There was even a point where there was a miscommunication and it was immediately rectified. Mike came out and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Well worth the money spent and would definitely use again (and recommend). Sure Thing came out to handle a yellow jacket nest in a difficult location--inside our front porch. They were able to take care of the nest quickly and without any damage to the house. The cost was extremely reasonable. Service: Hornet & wasp extermination

I called because I got stung near my trash cans. Person did not find anything near the trash cans, but did dust behind my shutters. I choose them bc they had a 30 guarantee. I called within the 30 days, and sent pictures, of a swarm near my trash can. This time they found the nest and sprayed but they are trying to charge me. I paid the first time, and the issue near trash cans was the entire reason I called them, and yet they are trying to charge me as if this is a new problem.

I also had to call a 3rd time because the treatment behind the shutters did not work, they had to use a different product. The people were nice, but the guarantee can not be guaranteed. I would choose another service who stands by their word. Update: talked to a person on Sept 9 and at one point in the phone call said they would wave the bill. Then when I mentioned I would not be using their service again she said "well that doesn't seem fair so I won't be waving that bill." Bad experience all around. Update: I have called and emailed as asked to below with now response for over 2 weeks.

From what I saw while briefly employed the do not enforce proper PPE requirements for applying pesticide and many employees where unfit for respirators. Their system seems very rushed leaving lots of room for error while quickly moving on to the next house where I and I'm sure the customers would expect a much more detailed re-inspection. I was. terminated from my employment here with in 1 week for having no choice but to take 2 days off to care for my 3 daughters ages 2-8 while their mother was hospitalized with thyroid complications and physical therapy. now she is out of work for a long period due to health issues and sure thing pest control has now put me out of work because of it. seeing how they care very little about their employees I would say they feel the same if not less for their clients. if you want quality treatment from pest control professionals call the next business listed.

Had a yellow jacket problem in dormer of house. First called orkin and they wanted to sell me a 6 month "program". Finally told them I only wanted/needed someone to come by for single treatment. When they told me the cost I tried doing it myself. After a week long battle without success I reached out to sure thing. They called within a few hours of my online submission.

After a much more palatable offer for a one time visit I moved forward with sure thing. Their tech was out the same day. Ken was super knowledgeable and friendly and even made certain I was inside with my son before he started treatment. He was in and out within 30 minutes and so far 24 hours later not a single sighting.

OMG, these people are awesome! We's never used Sure Thing before, but I called them about a hornets' nest we just noticed above our garage dorr and they were here and finished within a 1.5 hours of that phone call.! Amazing! The service person, Don, was as nice as could be. And the price was absolutely reasonable. I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend Sure Thing Pest Control!

Jerry is very knowledgeable regarding pest control. He did an inspection of the house and found my crawl space had flooded! He saved my house from being severely damaged by doing his inspection, which turned out I had far bigger issues than ants and flies! He cares about his clients and I highly recommend this company. Friendly service. Clear pricing. I was given an explanation of how to fix and prevent the issue. I liked that technician actually stopped by and checked the problem in person. Other places gave estimates over the phone without seeing the issue.

Sure Thing Pest Control came to my home on Wednesday - 8/12/2020 to take care of a yellow jacket nest I found (or it found me!) when I was trimming my ivy. They were on time and professional. The technician that came to my home was Corbin Scherzinger. I found him to be knowledgeable of my problem, thorough, polite, and patient. We have a quarterly plan with Sure Thing and we gave them a call about a yellow jacket nest in our landscaping. They came out less thank a week later took care of the bee's and located the queens. Also the technician was concerned about our kids coming close to the bush and he recommended they stay away from it for a few days. Best part about it is this was part of our quarterly plan! Efficient, reliable, honest company, I recommend sure thing for all your pest control!

Mike Ward is the tech who has worked at our places of business, MOTR Pub and Woodward Theater, and has been great! We have not had any signs of pests since we hired Sure Thing. I use Mike and Sure Thing for my house as well.
