I consider Texas (the owner) a friend and I first met him when I did property management in Lafayette. Even once I left the company and didn't have a bunch of business to throw his way, he's helped me several times with anything from mice in a country home to wasps/ants/hornets. He's responsive, extremely good at what he does, and super kind. I'd recommend him to anyone!

I've used Superior for years in multiple homes. After a number of issues with bees and ants in the home, for the last number of years, I've subscribed to their tri-annual service to prevent insects in the home all year. The office staff as well as technicians are all respectful and incredibly responsive to requests. I'm given a 2-hour window for the service and they are always on time. I highly recommend Superior to anyone needing pest control services.

The service gentleman come and confirmed what was requested for service. He listened to the additional specifics regarding location of wasps/bees and offered to help with a focal ant issue I happened to mention. He was very friendly and spoke highly of his experiences working with the company. Superior Pest Control does a great job! Scheduling is always difficult for me so I suggest you keep calling until you talk to someone. Then it is easy peasy! Get scheduled for your service and the exterminator shows up and is very courteous and professional! They have great plans and will return free of charge if your problem isn't taken care of. I recommend Superior Pest Control!

Have used Superior now for a couple of years. Noticeable difference is the number ants and spiders seen. Tried other services and it was always hard to reach the local branch for rescheduling or questions. Superior's communication has been great. Easy to reach and accommodating. If your looking for pest control I would recommend calling Superior.
