Tuff Turf Mole Busters

Disappointed. We called because we saw their ad in the local junk mail. Their prices were competitive with other companies so we decided to go with them. We wanted pest and mosquito control for the house and yard. We got off to a rocky start as they couldn't confirm a start date of our services. When they finally came out, their technician was friendly and the bugs and mosquitos were dramatically better so we thought we made a good choice.

Then a week before they should've come for their 2nd trip, they called and said they were adding a fuel surcharge (this is understandable considering today's gas market). Then the other day they sent me an email saying they can no longer service my area! They front load their first charge so they did refund half of their first visit. They seemed like a nice company, and I would've been happy to work with them.

I do not like wasting time and here it is mid June and I'm now trying to find a new pest control company. again. No wonder they can't service my area! Byron Center is on the west side of the state. Don't advertise in an area if you can't service it.

Many options for service with varying costs. Paid up front to get slight discount. They got rid of my moles after just 2 treatments and offered me a rebate if I wanted to cancel the rest of the summer AND recommended a perimeter spray to help keep them out of my lawn. Great service. Effective service. Great customer service. This is rare and appreciated!

We have been using Tuff Turf Molebusters' mosquito service for the past 3 seasons and are very satisfied with the company. The product they use is very safe for our family, dog, and yard. We still see plenty of butterflies and bees visiting our yard, but we never see mosquitoes. We really appreciate not having to use bug spray to enjoy time in our yard.

Anyone we have talked to on the phone at Tuff Turf has been very friendly and easy to talk to, and not at all like talking to a "customer service" person reading off of a script. We are always notified of when they will be spraying, and they always show up as expected. They also send you an email letting you know who sprayed your yard and the date/time they sprayed.

Our kids love seeing the Molebuster van and watching from the window as the technicians spray. The technicians always wave back at the kids, which totally makes their day. Great company, great people, and great service.

I've been hiring Tuff Turf Molebusters to handle my lawn aeration and mole problem for a few years now, and they've managed to reduce the damage done by the moles pretty well. I think they're well worth the money. Service: Rodents

Spent over $800 over two seasons (16 visits) for their mole service which was useless. Moles still taking over yard. When I called they said I could sign up for another round of service for an addition cost, if not there was nothing more they could do. I am happy to give this update. I was contacted by the area manager. They did come out and put out traps for 4 additional sessions at no charge. They were able to catch four moles in that time. I have not seen a new trail since. Thank you for making it right.

I have to let everyone know that the man that did the work for us is named Joe, he is very respectful and very professional. Always willing to answer your questions. I have had him out here twice and decided to do a full year.i haven't seen a trace of a mole since I signed up for the service. Thank you Tuff Turf Molebusters and thank you again Joe.

We no longer have moles. Definitely worth the money. I think they trapped 6 Moles. The traps are underground so your pets won't Get caught in them
