Total scam I was sold Monark for mice poisoning, after a month not one package was eaten. It was a waste of money.

I wish I could give a zero because that's all they deserve. The good reviews are all fake. Their products don't work and they don't give refunds. Ask them in writing for a guarantee if you don't believe me. They should be SHUTDOWN!

The employees were generally polite and helpful. The prices were very reasonable. I was able to get inside find what i was looking for and done in around five minutes.

Great place to get your pest control needs they have most new products but are running low on orders for old school pest control (more reliable)products.

I have shopped here before. One of a few establishments left that will counsel you on what to use and how to use it. Fair pricing, clean and well stocked. Parking can be an issue but that's a minor one.

This place is really resourceful but I would suggest looking online for cheaper options as well. They overpriced somethings in the store I've found online for half the price. The owner has written receipt systems with a hand held calculator in all. Nostalgic for some, weird & antiquated to me. But overall I enjoy shopping here. The products have been useful

I have been going to the Bug Stop for years. I went two weeks ago. When I walked in the door the employees two males never even acknowledge that I came in the door. one walked in the back, The other kept surfing the Internet on his phone. I stepped in front of him to give him an Eye view of me so he would acknowledge me. Finally he asked can I help you I could not believe how rude and how nasty they were acting. I will never spend any money there again.

The staff over at Bug Stop are very knowledgeable. If there is a strange insect in your home, if you can trap it in a ziplock or photo it, they will have the stuff in stock to eliminate it. This time, I stopped in for something for Ants that where finding their way into a rental. It was a gel inside of a syringe that work wonderfully. Two days after we put it out, no more ants. It only cost $10.00, they have an excellent mouse formula also, if they try and come in during the winter months. I'd defineatly, recommend Bug Stop.

My mom had a huge problem at home and she called an exterminator, he said the problem would be fixed for $600. My mom and I knew there had to be another way. After asking around my uncle told us about bug stop. The problem was fixed for somewhere around $200. Bug stop has to be an exterminators worst nightmare. Oh and they have extra equipment there for you like spray bottles and mask.

Whew, I have been having a very stressful few weeks. On top of that, a new ant infestation. I like to support local businesses rather than large chain corps such as Home Depot. Googled and found this place. Neatly organized store, came in and the gentleman listened to my issue. Got me the best products on the market, paid and left. Unfortunately for me, after leaving I went to the car wash across the street. Came home and was taking everything out of my car when I noticed the pesticide smell.

Oil all over the trunk of my car, products soaked and the bag. Opened the red seal and saw the silver seel was peeled back slightly. Gave them a call, they told me to come back in. Replaced ALL the products for, free of charge. They even told me how to get rid of the oil in my car. I am so appreciative of their knowledge, professionalism and customer service. For any pest needs PLEASE VISIT this business. They are absolutely wonderful. I will be back for any future issue, but lets hope I dont have any.

One stop shop. I've been lucky enough to not have to come here but 10 years after being in my neighborhood I'm here with an issue. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Forget about going to Home Depot, Target or anywhere else. If you need something just come here. I found what I needed and was asked if I had pets in case they could gain access. Found a perfect solution and was in and out in no time!

This place is the real deal for people looking for commercial pest control products. They have products that other exterminator suppliers do not stock. They offer different options depending on the customer's needs. The staff is very professional. They know their stuff.

Clean, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and prompt. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and their products did the job where Homedepot's repeatedly failed. No more beetles, roaches or centipedes. I'm a very happy customer.

Wonderful customer service and they have items that you can not find in a regular department store. The poison and wool pads that were brought are keeping those rodents out of my home. Really appreciate this place. If you want good quality. Please check out The Bug Stop. Will be back for any of my rodent/pest needs. There is parking across the street and on the next street over for free. Beautiful for a store located so close to the city.

THANK YOU BUG STOP! Just before my lease ended 2 years ago, I received a vague notice from my landlord that there have been many bed bug infestations in Chicago. It worried me a little but I didn't think much of it until I was pulling apart my bed frame and found about 20 bed bugs hiding in between the slats. I immediately freaked out and did a ton of research, but almost all my options cost hundreds of dollars.

Even worse -- most of the information I found while frantically researching told me explicitly not to move during an infestation. I had less than 10 days before I was supposed to be out of the apartment and my slumlord simply didn't respond when I told him the apartment had bed bugs. Time to take things into my own hands (or, more accurately, to place my trust in the hands of the Bug Stop).

I came in after thoroughly researching what chemicals actually seem to work against these awful bugs and was given many inexpensive recommendations. I followed them to a T, heat treated everything I could, threw out a ton of stuff, and lived out of plastic totes for a while. Two years later, they have not reappeared. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Very knowledgable staff. Great selection of products for all types of pest control. They are a little expensive though. But I definitely plan on buying from them again.

After spending close to $100 on fruit fly remedies at Home Depot that didn't work I stopped at The Bug Stop. The owner is obviously an expert in his field and once I quickly explained my issue told me I had drain flies and knew exactly where they were coming from. I bought a $13 spray, sprayed it in our laundry drain as he instructed and literally within an hour the drain flies were gone! Love this joint!

I just wanted to put an update on this situation. It's been a over a year since the flea infestation and after one very thorough treatment we (cat and humans) have been itch free!

Pros: Patient employees answering all questions with detailed explanations, sells effective products Cons: Expensive -- This place is this best when it comes to answering your questions. I had so many questions and they answered them with much patience and great detail. The products they recommend are very effective as I have managed to dramatically reduce the amount of pests in my house. However, the only drawback is that their products are well overpriced. I bought something from them for $70, but I could have bought the exact same product on Amazon for $40. Unfortunately, I needed the product ASAP.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I went there today to ask a few questions, compare prices ect. I happened to run into a guy, quite possibly the owner. He seemed very knowledgeable about controlling what I need to control. I ask a million questions, with "WHY?" being my favorite. He humored me and told me why. He did say one thing, that I had forgotten, when you buy from a faceless person/entity online, you LOOSE out on their experience, knowledge, and face to face interaction.

Sometimes the free priceless addons, are worth a little bit more than the price of the items. I had even called back with a followup question. I was directed to him again, and rather than a "guess-timate" he shot me a COMPLETE no suprises PRICE, including taxes as well
