Our neighborhood has been experiencing a pest issue and we wanted to have our property inspected. We tried Terminix since that's the only name we knew so we called & ended up stuck on terminal hold. A neighbor told us about Protex so we called and they were very nice and said they'd have someone arrive by the end of the day (this was around 1pm). Robert came around 4pm, checked our property and said we were in good shape.
He walked us through different areas, explained what he was looking for and the differences between what we should be concerned about and what he actually saw. He recommended that we do nothing and answered our many questions. This was a free assessment and we were happily surprised to get an honest response with no attempt to sell us anything we didn't need. He was clearly very knowledgeable about pest control and was a pleasure to deal with. They will be our first call if we do ever have need for their services.
