I used Lady Bug twice before for big jobs with no problem. However, I called them this time to identify the sound of an insect in my cellar ceilinG as we thought it might be an insect nest. The so-called account specialist came in right away looked at my ceiling in a different spot and said oh you have termites. He showed me a tiny spot with some wood dust that was left from when we had the oil tank pulled and they dug under our house.

I told him that was not where the insect noise was and attempted to get him to focus on the noise that I had heard but he was more interested in convincing us that we needed a $1500 termite job. He said he didn't know what the insect noise was because he couldn't hear it and that he would have to do the termite job probably in our garage Too.

Then he went to his truck and gave me some sticky pads to catch bugs and said he wouldn't charge me for them but that Lady Bug asks for gas travel money so he wanted $20. It doesn't cost $20 to travel 8 miles so he probably pocketed the money. What a ripoff! We called another exterminator who identified the insect noise in the ceiling as a cicada and said we didn't have any termites. Don't waste your time or your money with ladybug because they will try to rip you off!

I got a few recommendations for pest companies and I went with Lady Bug because they are from my town. I have to say that I am less than impressed by their services. I moved into a newly renovated house and all of my trims and finishes are on the expensive side. I have had a few services for treatment of ants and the people that they sent out put this clear glue like bait on top of my baseboards instead of the bottom of my baseboards (the service people were 2 young kids, probably still attending school closely).

I was assured that the bait will be gone and if not, that it will be easily removed with some water and a rag. THEY WERE WRONG! The bait dried into a hard solid substance, and to remove it, I had to chip it off of my board. This of course removed paint, hence I had to repaint again. This process had taken my professional cleaning company hours to do and cost me a few hundred $$$ to remediate.

I also had a billing issue which took a few months to fix, every time I called, I would get a promise to fix but nothing ever happened. I supposedly even spoken to a manager which I was later told was a senior sales person! It was a long process and now I know to always request a senior technician to service my house instead of allowing them to just send a kid with limited knowledge.

I want to thank Mark for being very professional yet friendly. I appreciate how respectful he was of Covid issues by wearing a mask and gloves. Service: Rodent extermination

I highly recommend Lady Bug Pest Services! We had a very bad infestation of yellow jackets in our home. We contacted Lady Bug immediately and spoke to Alisha. She sent Chris over to our house right away. Chris was AMAZING. He immediately found the huge nest, destroyed it and removed all of it. He took his time and was very thorough, taking pictures and videos to show us. We honestly couldn't be happier. Chris and Alisha were both fantastic, helpful and so kind. I will never call anyone else! THANK YOU LADY BUG!

The worst. they are the most unorganized, unprofessional, rude and poorly run business. The woman who answers the phone will give you an attitude and speak over you if you question their service. Btw it took them around 5 trips to my house to get a simple job done. Ashton the sales rep, couldnt even communicate what was needed to be done to the technicians.

I was unhappy with the job they did so my wife called and was harrased and hung up on. So needless to say she no longer wanted to deal with them. We could not agree with them on how to resolve the issue so they put a lien on our home. Just avoid them at all costs.

Chris came to my home today concerning a carpet beetle problem. One of the most competent, thorough, and meticulous technicians I have ever dealt with. He was extremely friendly and was knowledgeable. To be frank, if everyone was like this in their respective profession, the world would be a better place. Kudos to Chris and Lady Bug Pest Services!

Tried using this Pest control company in the past but found them unreliable and unprofessional. Generally, as homeowners we only need pest and insect control help periodically so I would go with another, better rated, local firm.

Don't look elsewhere - just call Lady Bug! It's a local family owned biz, and everyone that works there is amazing. They are prompt and attentive to their customers, and their treatments WORK! We've been using them for mosquito and tick treatments, and they work amazingly well. We also use them for pests in the house, and any time we see anything, they come out promptly to spray and treat. Simply put, if you don't want bugs around, call Lady Bug!

I highly recommend Lady Bug Pest Services! I had birds living in a wall of my home. They cleaned the area properly and fixed the hole. I'm happy to report no more birds moved in this spring. They will now be treating my home for carpenter ants (ugh)-- They thoroughly explained the entire treatment plan. They were so kind and helpful. I really appreciate their warm service. I look forward to never seeing another ant!

Lady Bug Pest Services were acceptable in handing my "pest" issue. Ashton came to my home and assessed my problem quickly. The techs that arrived on Monday and applied the treatment to my home. I would recommend this service!

If you want to get an attitude on the phone and have the manager talk all over you, while getting frustrated when the technicians don't show up to appointments due to the unorganized office, then this company is for you! : I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Thought I had a dead mouse on my three season porch and couldn't stomach trying to find and remove it. they came free of charge to take care of it for me on the same day! Couldn't find anything but it was much appreciated!

Had them in about a month ago and sprayed for small ants, the ants returned after a few weeks when i call and asked about their guarantee i was told there was none on the "Hope Spray Treatment " i had. I guess they Hope you'll lose their number when it doesn't work. But I booked another appointment to have the inside done, which is what i wanted originally but the tech talked me out of it.

I call last Monday and made an appointment for today 8/15/16 at 9 am. and i remember it was 9 am because i was away on vacation and needed to get up early this morning and drive 1 hour and a half to meet the tech. I called them at 8:50 to confirm the service call and was told they had to call me back ( not a good sign) they did call back within 10 minutes and told me i was mistaken that the appointment was for noon.

Why did I have to get up at 5:30 to make a noon appointment. so I still have my problem and now I'm going to stuck here most of the day looking for a reliable Pest control company that shows up for their appointments.

I was very disappointed with this company. I had changed over to them from another pest control company and went with the annual service contract. They came the first time and there after I had to keep calling them to schedule my quarterly service. It was supposed to be the other way. I decided to go with them a second year. Bad move. I have no record of them coming to the house at all for that year and I never called them to schedule.

They probably owe me money. They called recently to renew and sent me a contract in the mail. It went in the trash. I do my own sprays and prevention now. I even remember one of their technicians telling me that they couldn't touch or remove another pest company's mouse bait and just left it there. I don't know how true that is.

I had a carpet beetle nightmare. They were all over my bedroom. They came and let me know it was normal, it's also worth noting they did come in the late afternoon to fit my schedule. They told me they only should have to spray once, I even asked if I needed more treatments and they said probably not. That's why they get 5 stars when given the option to charge me for more unnecessary sprayings they were honest with me. I have been carpet beetle free for a month now!

Early in the summer season, we realized our dog and cat had contracted fleas (i'm guessing from our vet's office). The team at Lady Bug Pest worked with us continuously until they were all gone! Alex and Ashton really came to our rescue. Many thanks to everyone at Lady Bug! I also use Lady Bug Pest at my place of business on a regular monthly basis and they are always helpful and very thorough. I'd highly recommend them to all!
