We use First Inspection to provide us with insect inspection before purchasing our home. Since then, they have been providing us our pest service. Since we are new to AZ we may find an insect that we aren't familiar with and take a picture and send it to them and they reply back to us very quickly. Service: General pest inspection

First Inspection has taken care of our homes since March 2015. We utilize their services on a monthly basis for taking care of pests as we live in a developing neighborhood and during certain builds we have seen an influx of bugs/scorpions. Their team has handled bugs, rodents and scorpions for our homes. We recently had issues with scorpions finding 3 within a week period and their staff was over the next day after we notified them, spraying our home for a second time that month and doing a deep spray in our attic. Luckily as noted by his technicians the first week we would see scorpions that were left in the home in a daze by the chemicals and after that first week we haven't seen another!

Their technicians are very genuine and knowledgeable, always willing to hear you out. We usually have Rodney or Brett service our home and both are great at what they do! 5 out of 5 for First Inspection, highly recommend!

Highly recommended! Travis was very professional and was attentive to details. He was thorough with the removal and cleaning process, then installed the new installation in the attic. In addition, he noticed that I had an opening on my roof where critters were getting in and he sealed it. Very impressed! Thank you Travis and your team for the great job!

If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would. Fast response, professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. We moved into a newly renovated home to find we had an infestation of rats in our attic! My husband scoured the internet trying to find someone to help us because I was completely anxious and terrified. I emailed on a Sunday and within the hour I received a phone call from Travis.

He came to our home first thing Monday morning to give us a free estimate. He had a detail planned with fees emailed to me by the end of the afternoon that same day. When we accepted his plan he was out there that Friday to clean, sanitize, secure, and place new insulation. Him and his crew worked hard from 7 am to 4pm and were extremely diligent. Wow! What a professional and customer service oriented business. Travis and crew did an amazing job with our home insulation. We had multiple projects going on at the same time at our home and Travis worked with and around the schedules of the other contractors. Travis kept me informed every step of the way throughout the process. Our job was not an easy one since the attic space had previously been home to pack rats and a raccoon and had limited space in many areas. In the end we were extremely happy with the job and the overall experience. If you need insulation then First Inspection Services should be your first and only call.

First Inspection Services is absolutely wonderful. We moved to Saddlebrooke in Dec.2014 and have used their services for both of our homes. They have wonderful customer service, if there is ever a problem Tyler comes right out to the house and solves the problem! We had them spray once a month, always prompt and showed up on the day they were scheduled to come. I can't say enough good things about them, 5 STARS.

Today we had Tyler from First Inspection Services come to our home because of a Scorpion issue inside our new home. I was so pleased from the moment I had spoken with him on the phone to the finalization of his service! Tyler was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He is suburb at building long term customer service relationships. I now can feel at ease tonight about our Scorpion concerns. We purchased a home in the Tucson area and began a total remodel. When we took out the carpet we saw signs of termites even though the house had been treated two years prior. Our real estate agent recommended First Inspection and they responded immediately. The service technician Jason did a complete survey of the house and was very professional. He was very thorough and not a "pushy salesperson." He returned the next day and did a complete treatment of the house. We were very impressed with him and would highly recommend First Inspection.
