Atomic Pest in Flagstaff is currently operating out of a residential house as strictly commercial business. This is against the county zoning and brings extra traffic to the residential neighborhood. If they are unethical in their location, what else are they unethical about?

Treated for termites 2018. I was told we were under a 5 year warranty. Due to several mud tunnels and termite evidence inside the house. (bedrooms and family room) We've had Atomic come out several times for "spot" treatment over the last year. We've asked to have the house retreated several times. The answer was no. They will ONLY spot treat. They've been contacted twice during December and refuse to keep warranty.

They will only come and spot treat. They are also difficult to get on the schedule, without having to wait a week or two. Now, it is January and our bedroom now has several more mud tunnels. We just had two different inspectors from two different companies come out to tell us the house was NEVER properly treated. Both inspectors stated it is very likely and possible that, Atomic did falsely document on the State Pest Management division that they treated the property with Termadore. However, both inspectors said there was NO evidence of this treatment.

There were no drill or patch marks, no evidence in the garage nor back patio. It appears we might have gotten the lazy guy on the job. Be Careful Folks! Watch the technicians and make sure they are NOT cutting corners.

Atomic was very quick to schedule a visit. The tech called us to verify questions, and I am pleased with their customer service.

We use for preventative termite protection. Shows up on schedule we have no known termite activity so it's working perfectly. I have them on auto pay so everything runs smoothly.

Contacted Atomic about a mouse problem. They were getting in the house. Zach came out and did an inspection and found several open areas. He had laid traps and will be coming back to close up the openings. He was very courteous and friendly. I will review again when finished with the service. Wow. I have been looking for another good, pest control company in Payson for over five years. I called Atomic who I saw advertised in the Roundup. My inquiry was answered by a professional who was knowledgeable, friendly and she gave me many options. My appointment for service was set up immediately. The technician was great. He charged my credit card on file and set up my next appointment. The prices are reasonable and get this, they come back and retreat if you see any activity. What else would anyone want?

I've had monthly service with Atomic at 3 different homes in Gilbert for 5 years now. Today I found a live scorpion in my laundry room that crawled under my washer. I called Atomic and they came over within 2 hours, sprayed the heck out of my home, set traps in the laundry room and didn't charge me any extra fees. Super friendly staff and outstanding service. They always go above and beyond for our family. Refreshing to have this good trusted service.

I Wanted to update my review to say that the situation and my rating have changed. The owner of Atomic Pest control, John Beebe took my issue under consideration and did the honorable thing to correct the situation. I appreciated his willingness to resolve the problem and make things right.

I called this company about a month ago and they seem nice I spoke to someone and then just recently I emailed them wanting to know a little bit more never heard from them again so the heck with it I guess they're making business so they don't need mine

This company does not provide warranty to their treatment. Less than 2 months, the bees are coming back and they declined to perform retreatment. Very disappointed with this dishonest company. Stay away.

Received an apology today from John at Atomic Pest. However the very next month. July they were late again. Supposed to be here between 12 & 2. Came at 3:30. Had already locked the gate and had just gotten out of the shower when the doorbell rang.

It says alot about a business when they have no respect for other people's property or our communities. These jokers park there truck on the sidewalk, not only killing the bushes that are in the rocks but it's an eye sore and blocks others view from the stop sign. Good marketing to NOT get business I guess.

This is our third year that we have used Atomic Pest Control for weed control. We pay one flat fee for the entire year and Ryan comes and sprays our yard (rocks) to prevent weeds. If rain washes the spray away and weeds start popping up we just have to call them and they will come spray as many times as we want in the calander year. We never have to pull weeds. I love it. Worth ever penny and at a very good price. Thank you Atomic Pest Control.

It is really sad when a company like this gets a "bad rap". This is actually a really great company! They purchased another pest control company who did not do an ethical job. Now it is unfortunate that Atomic has to pay the price for it. I personally believe the other company needs to be held accountable for not disclosing accurate information when they sold to Atomic.

We have been using Atomic for years and they are great people. We have never had an issue. I hope all of you do some research as the old company owners are the ones who did not honor your warranty and have passed bad business practices to Atomic.

Atomic purchased an existing pest control business and to show appreciation for all of the existing customers, they raised rates and refused to honor existing warranties for services. When I called and wrote to complain, they didn't even bother responding. The only good thing about Atomic is that it was easy to cancel my existing service appointments. Avoid at all costs unless you like being ripped off.

This company recently bought out Amera Pest Control in the West Valley. They are NOT honoring the termite warranties of Amera's customers! Instead, they are asking all of Amera's customers for a $125 "activation fee" which, of course, everyone thinks is ludicrous! So much for customer service. If I were you, I would read all the reviews on this company before making a decision. Hopefully you will go elsewhere.

Atomic has been doing my pest service for almost 3 years now. Jameson has serviced my home nearly every time, from when I lived in Chandler to my new home in Gilbert. He is always personable, asks me what/if anything we might have been experiencing. (Not much of anything now with them on the job) They are always prompt, courteous and friendly. Jameson sincerely cares about keeping our family pest-free and safe.

We have 2 little ones to protect. They are affordable and have always offered to make sure I'm satisfied, with a free retreat which was necessary once or twice. There are a lot of companies out there, but I couldn't recommend them more.

I have to give out a very positive shout to Atomic Pest and Termite. As a owner of another pest control company licensed to treat general pest. We refere all client termite issues to Atomic. The professionals from office to field tech are out standing. Brent and Rex are always there to help us out in a pinch and we appreciate every thing they do. I would not hesitate to use Atomic Pest and Termite for any pest related issue.

Hire at your own risk. They have a contract with my apartment complex and seem to half ass everything. Myself and many of my neighbours have complained about roaches in the vents for a long time but when they come to "investigate" they say there are no bugs there yet we continue to see them in our vents and to top it off when they come to spray our units for bugs, they never seem to do a good job because even when they leave there are still roaches.

My apartment managers have spoken with them before on various occasions about our concerns however their services don't seem to be improving and they only reason they have a contract with our apartment is because the know someone in upper management.
