I just had my termite inspection from Alexander pest control and was very disappointed in the service. He arrived at 10 am and was here for less than five minutes. Walked across the front yard, left a statement in my door and left. Did not check under house or in back yard. For $162.00 I expected more if a inspection. I could have done what he did and saved my money. Very disappointed.

Been with Alexander for 40 years for termite control and inspections. Always satisfied. Ricky is great on the inspection team and we have had no problems in years! Melvin handles our pest control and is easy work with and has kept us bug-free. Both are professional, on time, keep me informed and are a pleasure to work with. My experience was not good Has been two weeks and still have not heard from adjuster to set up to appointment to inspect my damage. My ceiling drywall is open and losing my heat. After being with Alexander for 43 years and paying for 43 years not what I expected. Last time I talked to Charlie he said he does not do claims but would try to speed them up. My house is a mess as moved most of my things in Another room. Not happy at all.

We've been using Alexander Pest Control for several years now and have been very pleased with the service. They are easy to work with and Sandra has always been a great technician. She always gives excellent guidance for our home needs.

Our family has used Alexander Pest Control for many years and I am happy to say our home is pest-free! Our technician, Sandra, is always diligent with her spraying and makes suggestions of things we can do in our home to prevent pests from entering. We had a real problem with ants once and she stood in our kitchen and watched them until she found their point of entry. We were then able to seal that spot and keep the pesky ants out!

Sandra does a great job. she has been treating our house for over five years. Originally had ant and roach problems due to neglect of the previous owners. Once Sandra started treating bugs have gone waaaay down. Since Covid and only treating outside of the house things have really gotten better. I highly recommend Alexander, and especially Sandra. Ricky from Alexander Termite came by today for our 10 year renewal for our termite protection and as he always is, he was extremely professional and kept me informed everything he was doing and reviewed all the paperwork with me. Great service and they have done a very good job for us.

From the customer service calls to schedule service visits, to the actual service with Jamie. they are excellent all around. I never feel like I'm working with a big corporation, they know me and Jamie asks about my family each time. Even my extended family that he's met when they were visiting from out of town. I have been using Alexander for over 20 years and have never found any reason to look at another pest control service. I have been able to see the same inspector, James, for all of those years. The company has always been responsive to my irregular schedule and James has always been on time and very helpful in answering my questions. His visits are more like a friend dropping by to see how things are going.

He has been able to point out areas that I need to keep a close eye on to prevent insects from coming in the house. I have been extremely satisfied with this service. It has clearly been worth it over the years.

Wayne is my technician and he is a bug controlling rock star. He has kept ants and spiders and other bugs totally out of the house, and roaches are down 90% this summer. I'll be real this is the south are roaches seem to be part of summer. Keep them outside. This was just visit #1. He just completed visit 2. I feel that Wayne is a great asset to his company and Alexander is a good business. Wayne was very transparent and took time to answer my questions.

He was ahead of time and called to see if I would be available an hour early. He was respectful of the property and of my home. Can't think of a better company and better technician. This is just my experience, but wanted to share my impressions.

They came out on time, and was very efficient and informative. Our tech Melvin Y. was so kind and patient and took the time to answer all of our questions, and made my Mother feel at ease and assured her the problem would be resolved quickly, and it was. The treatment was fast and effective. He came back again 30 days later to check up on our treatment and we had no issues.

This company has friendly customer service which is happy to answer your questions. I have had a problem with inspectors not showing up at the time they are scheduled. Twice now they have come early and interrupted important business meetings I had. If they had called first and asked to come early, it would have been understandable. After the first incident, I complained to the manager who said he would make sure it didn't happen again.

The second time, I was told the same thing by the manager ("Charlie"). The third time will be strike three and I will no longer work with that company. Service with a smile is good, but the service must be as promised, as well. I set time aside for their inspection. They need to respect my time as well. I have only had one occasion to use their services for pest control for a carpenter ant infestation in our sunroom.

After having a discussion with his manager, the exterminator said he could spray some ant killer in the hole where the ants were for $100 plus. As I know that would not kill the queen, who would just make more workers, I told them to forget it. I then bought some professional ant gel bait containing Thiamethoxam on Amazon for $27, which killed all the ants in a short time. Either the exterminator did not tell me about this solution or did not know. Seems like he should have, either way.

I have used Alexander Termite & Pest Control for approximately 21 years. For the last 15 years Sandra has been spraying my house and outside property. Sandra does and always has done an outstanding job. She makes great suggestions on how to alleviate ants and she takes care of my garage where my 2 cats live. I could not survive without Sandra! If anyone out there needs pest control I highly recommend Alexander Termite & Pest Control -- and most of all -- request Sandra so you will rest assured she will take care of your pest control needs.

I was a customer for 17 years and never had a problem with having their technicians in our home until the last visit. I always escorted them around but didn't do that last time due to my comfort with them and after the visit, discovered my mom's watch (Rolex) missing. At our request, their manager reviewed the issue and interviewed their technician (who had been employed for 3 months) and took his word that he didn't have anything to do with it. A police report was also filed and we canceled our service due to the lack of followup and concern.

I have been a customer for just over 1 year. I called for help, originally, to solve a roach problem in my kitchen, a struggle, which the previous exterminating company, a well-know national brand, abandoned. My technician, James, took on the challenge and solved the problem for me. He is top-notch; skilled, courteous and professional. My success did not happen in one service but it has happened. Dealing with Alexander Termite and Pest Control has been easy, cooperative and very pleasant. Their prices are reasonable and better than competitive. I am pleased to recommend them.

We have used Alexander Termite and Pest Control for at least 15 years, and they are outstanding in every way. They do a great job, provide excellent customer service, and are very reliable. Before starting with them we used a more famous competitor and I bet we had a different 'tech' spraying toxic chemicals in and around our house every other visit.

No consistency in personnel or performance and not great customer service or response. Just spray and leave. We have had a total of 2 Alexander Reps visiting our house 4x a year in all these years. Check them out.
