Had first inspection today after deciding to use Suburban. Ron was the technician and was excellent and professional. He gave us great information and tips. Looking forward to doing continued business with this company. Service: Home inspection

Chris O called us ahead of the appointment to let us know he was on his way. He treated the all perimeter of the house, deck, fences. He also asked us if we had any specific problems and where, and used a gel on some areas in our kitchen where we have ants. Before entering the house, he put a mask and shoe covers on, which we appreciated. He told us what to expect, and that he will be back in two weeks to make sure we did not have any problems. Chris is courteous, personable, and efficient.

The technician, Chris O., who serviced our home was friendly, very knowledgeable, respectful of our property and THOROUGH! He called before arriving and had a great attitude in dealing with our ant problem. He needed to return several times, but was determined to rid us of the pests, which he has done! Chris O. is exactly the type of person we needed to deal with our issue. We highly recommend Suburban and Chris O. Thank you!

I am writing this review to acknowledge excellent service provided by your technician, Ron, today. Ron was extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. I was so impressed by his eagerness to address all of my questions/concerns/needs. He provided me with a wealth of information on ants, as I've had an ongoing issue with them. Ron went 'over and above' to accommodate all of my concerns and he exceeded my expectations.

I expressed that I've had a problem with carpenter ants and he provided a one-time service to find them and exterminate the nest. It's employees like Ron that make me want to continue using this service. I believe that good employees make companies a success. He is definitely an asset to your company. I would like to request him to be my regular Suburban technician. I am hoping this review gets read and that Ron gets the acknowledgment that he deserves. Great job, Ron!

Joe was patient and professional and took the time to explain our options at removing wildlife from our attic in an environmentally friendly way. He went above and beyond. He showed us possible entry points around our home and advised us to seal them and was quite a help to us in doing so. We really appreciate your dedication and professionalism Joe! My family has been using them for almost 9 years now for continuous quarterly and as needed services. Started years ago with a surprise ant situation which was taken care of promptly and it has been maintained and managed ever since each year. They use mostly safe products that are animal, kid and eco-friendly chemicals and their services are reasonably priced.

I've had multiple kind, helpful technicians and today Chris was here and he was wonderful. Courteous, professional and thorough. Highly recommend them for any exterminating needs!

Chris and Joe were very knowledgeable and thorough! They took care of the problem quickly and were very good at communicating with me about the plan and followed up with me a week later. Suburban has been wonderful to work with. I had to call them 4 times in 1 week and they always had a real person answer the phone and sent a technician the same day! Ron was great! He took the time explain everything he was using from bait boxes to traps. He plugged the hole from my garage to my basement to keep the mice from getting in. He was very carful with his traps to be sure that my dogs would be safe and came back every week to check them until the mice were gone. I have used Suburban for bug control for years. They are quick to respond and very thorough.

Tech came for an estimate, everything was fine but when I left him a message to do the job never called me back. I called the company twice, they said they'll have him call me, I decided to go with a more professional company.

I had an account since January of 2021 with Suburban Exterminators and have been well pleased with their service. I was told upon moving to Long Island an Exterminator would be of no use. I beg to differ. This company is respectful, send highly professional technicians who are super knowledgeable and cautious. The technician today has been at our house before. He is personable and makes me feel safe.

Mr Munson conducted a very thorough inspection of my house and explained that the damage I observed was from previous termites. He also cautioned me about what to look for in order to identify an active termite problem in the future. He was very patient and thorough and answered all of my questions. He also provided advice on steps I could take to avoid any further problems. I very much appreciated his advice, his expertise and his professionalism. I feel very confident about the service I receive from him and Suburban!

I have been using Suburban for 39 years for termite control and 15 years for carpenter ant and rodent control. I have been completely satisfied with their service in protecting my home from these destructive pests. My current service man Chris is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and always a pleasure to deal with. He always takes pride in his work.

We decided to make a switch, as our other company was not customer service friendly at all. I called Suburban and had nothing but wonderful customer service experiences and both service techs, Ron and Glen, were efficient and friendly. Glen installed all the new termite bates and did a service. Ron came and killed a HUGE hornets nest in the yard. (During 90 degree weather!) It was so bad we couldn't get to the pool filter! He came back today and removed the hive. Appointments are made and kept! They work timely and cost is much more reasonable! You cannot go wrong with using this company.

Unbelievable customer service. Judy was able to send someone out to my house within eight hours of my first initial phone call. Their service rep was knowledgeable kind and professional. I would recommend this company for bat removal without hesitation
