TERRIBLE TERRIBLE DO NOT USE I found an insect in my bed frame that I thought might have been a bed bug, but I wasn't sure. The inspector checked the master bedroom, briefly looked at the bed in the second bedroom (he did not look at the mattress and told me I didn't need to clear the stuff that was sitting on it off). He didn't closely inspect any other furniture in the house.

He did not indicate that he found any activity or signs of bed bugs other than the dead one I saved and showed to him. He told us the problem was isolated to the master bedroom, and even indicated it was safe to sleep in the bed there since we had steam cleaned it. He said we didn't need to take anything out of the drawers, just needed to clear the closet in that room only and bag up all the linens.

He said they would only be treating that room. JB called us the next day, and told us a completely different outcome. In the notes, they said that the exterminator said that the beds/mattresses in both bedrooms were "heavily infested" and that we would have to throw the master bedroom bed frame away. They also said that the entire apartment would be treated, and that the exterminator noted there was "live activity" in both beds and some of the other furniture (which I need to say again, he did not thoroughly inspect any other furniture in the apartment other than the master bed and bed frame).

At one point he even pointed to a wooden splinter on the mattress and declared, "There's a bed bug right there!" I only used JB Pest because my landlord uses them. However, I brought in an inspector with a bed bug dog since the JB Pest inspector LIED in his notes and fabricated results. The inspector with the dog did a thorough inspection, checked everywhere and we were negative for bed bugs. Not a single one. And he also confirmed the bug I did find was not a bed bug. JB Pest wasn't able to identify that one. Don't use these guys. Scammers.

The products are watered down and not effective. Just horrible how some companies cut corners but this is by far very unprofessional to water down your sprays. It's like going to a mechanic for one problem but then he tells you that you have a million problems, so this JB Pest is the same thing, water down the product so they can keep coming back. Don't try to save a few dollars with this company. Call Orkin or another pest control company that is well known and Nationwide. Again DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!

So i went to get some stuff for my house not knowing you can only have someone visit you. Was about to make an order and in comes this sappy salesperson. The lady just barked at them and refused to hear what they had to say but barked at them and shoo'ed them away. Well I was about to be a customer and they are trying to sell me a service. Forget about that! Ill take my business elsewhere. How can you want to sell to someone but are a compete ass to another. Stay away from these rude asses

The woman that works at this place name Annie is very unprofessional and a liar. I wouldn't recommend this company considering Annie and some of the workers are lazy and do substandard work. I would give no stars to JB Pest Control if I was able too.2 THUMBS DOWN

First experience with this company, we made an appointment and they got the date wrong. We had an appointment made, but somehow they put in a different date. Second experience with this company was good. An exterminator named Ken came and looked all around the room spending time going through each bed slat but did not find anything. Third experience with this company was terrible.

We were supposed to have a more 'thorough inspection' because despite Ken finding nothing, we were still being bit up by something constantly. They sent a different guy this time who spent little effort glancing over the bed and then left. Fourth experience with this company was good again. We asked for Ken to come back to do the thorough investigation.

While he didn't find anything this time, he suggested we get treatment since whatever it was obviously hadn't gone away. He gave us information on the chemicals he would use and where he would spray. The fifth experience with this company was terrible. We specifically requested Ken do the spraying because we didn't trust anyone else from the company to do it.

The day of our appointment, another guy shows up because Ken was sick. The company never let us know it would be someone else so that we could reschedule. This guy didn't even know if he was here to investigate or spray. The company had not given him any information about our situation at all. He was nice but not very helpful, as much of the things he was telling us were contradictory to what Ken had told us.

In the end we decided to let this new person spray around the perimeter of our bedroom and bedroom window. If our building didn't have a contract with this company, we would never use them. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They waste so much of your time and are extremely frustrating to work with. The one thing they have going for them is Ken, who was always helpful, knowledgeable and polite.

They are contracted to my building and they do a horrible job. They have extremely rude receptionists. Get ready to live with an infestation!

I worked for this company for three days. i knock on four hundred doors in three days. first, all the residents keep saying thank god i came because no one was showing up and they paid for treatments.one resident didnt get a treatment in seven years. i knew something wasnt right about this company. my vehicle broke down so i could no longer work for company anymore, and they never paid me at all no money paid. dishonest company save yourself the headache please do not use this company they are totally dishonest.

So happy I came across this company. The owner was super professional and very fast ( one of the quickest services that we actually ever receive on Staten Island.) Would definitely refer them to any home on our business in need of a fast reliable accurate services.

The worst customer service, completely unprofessional. They sent someone to inspect my apartment for bed bugs AFTER it had already been inspected and tested positive. Then they didn't show up to the next appointment to spray. It took 3.5 weeks to finally get someone to my apartment and they were late to the FOUR HOUR window. Annie is impossible to get a hold of and does not return calls or voicemails. Do yourself a favor and don't hire this company.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My landlord uses these guys and the receptionists have consistently been rude, impatient and hung up on me when I tried to ask about the status of my appointment (they said they were going to call me by and had not by the end of day, so I called to check in on the status of my appointment). I found a bed bug on my box spring after they came to inspect (and found nothing) and they told me they can't treat unless they find something. I offered to send her a photo of the live bed bug I caught on a piece of tape while crawling on my box spring. Don't use these guys, whatever you do.

Annie was so helpful and accommodating. No one wants to deal with unwelcome visitors in their apartment and JB got them out. Would recommend them to everyone!

Absolutely worthless. One of the women that works the phone line there is a complete lunatic. I called them to let them know I would be across the street at a coffee shop and she yelled (over my talking by thew ay) that the exterminator is "NOT GONNA COME LOOKIN FOR YA" in this terrible Staten Island accent. Uh, sorry I don't recall asking anyone to come look for me, I didn't want to stay in the apartment YOU'RE paid to exterminate so I went across the street. Apparently, if you're not there, they just leave, no heads up on when they're coming, no phone call, nothing. I have no idea why my landlord uses them, they're TERRIBLE.

Horrible service- DO NOT USE. They came to spray for mice but did not do a complete job and the mice were back within a few hours! Because my landlord has a contract with them, they had to be the ones to come back and complete the job correctly. However, during the time that they scheduled to return, no one showed up and there was zero communication to inform us that they would not be coming at all.

When we called them to inquire about where they were, they said that their man called in sick and we were rescheduled for a different week day. This has been a horrible experience that I wish on no one, and because they still have not come, my home has continued to be infested with mice for two weeks. Do not use J&B.

Warning-do not use jb pest control. they are uncommunicative, uncooperative, unhelpful, overpriced and rude. they treated me worse than the pests. dont say you werent warned!
