Ed Reese's Premium Pest Cntrl

I had been using this service since moving into the are to keep chinch bugs, dollar weed and Florida Snow from my lawn with no issues. Now they have a new employee doing the work. After spraying my lawn to eliminate the dollar weed and Florida Snow, a week later I see that there is still a significant amount still growing. I contacted the office and was told that the service person would contact me and return to take care of it.

For 2 weeks I had not heard from anyone. I called the office again and let them know that I hadn't been contacted. They said that they would give him the message (again). 2 weeks later and still nothing. I called the office and they had no response except "I'm sorry to hear this". No resolution. I asked if I heard nothing because I do not have a service contract so therefore I am not important enough. No response. I also told the office person that I was going to post a review with my experience. Buyer beware. If you do not have a service contract, you are not important.

For home pest control, they are the best! Very professional and courteous. Edward answered all my questions. Services: General pest inspection, Ant extermination, Cockroach extermination

From my first phone call where Sasha answered all of my questions with professionalism and a great attitude to when Glenn arrived and set to work on site with that same professialism and an amazing wealth of knowledge. I've had Premium Pest Control doing their once-a-year service for over 20 years. The only time I've ever seen a bug during all that time is when I forget to schedule my annual service (BTW, they still come out every 3 months to make sure everything is good). I'm a couple months (or more?) late in getting them out here this year, and OMG, I just saw an ant! Needless to say, I'm calling them right now. They are absolutely the BEST.

Been servicing our home for 2 years now. They come out whenever we have an issue within 1 or 2 days. We are pleased with our service.

Over the years, in different cities, I have had several pest control companies. None have equaled this company for their thorough coverage of my house and yard! They are all very kind and have done a great job! I would not use any other company! They are awesome!

Sasha & Linda are the best in the office, Ed & the rest of the crew do a great job in the field. I have had them for all my rentals & all 3 homes we have lived in since 2004. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Hired Premium pest control to come monthly to our house to spray for fire ants. They came twice and never came back. I left a message and did not receive a call back. I called a few weeks later and spoke to someone who confirmed that my service had not been completed in months. She said the technician would call me and he never did. Needless to say, I'm on google finding another company.

We had a flea problem which were attacking our two year old. They came out immediately and sprayed and gave our family a relief. They're professional, and on time, and reasonably priced.

The service is on time, professional, and reasonably priced. The follow ups are also timely. I've used them for several years with no complaints.
