A bird got stuck in our chimney in a very difficult position and Tim was able to get the bird out alive and unharmed. Tim was very helpful, efficient, clean, and we could tell he cared about helping us and the wellbeing of the animal. I would highly recommend Xceptional Wildlife Removal and be sure to ask for Tim.

Weeks after buying our first house, my wife happened to notice a bird flying out of a vent in our attic. A subsequent visit into the attic revealed four large birds nests that had seemed to be well established. After a Google search and coming through reviews, I called Xceptional Wildlife for help. I was told that Tim would be able to come out a few days later and provide a free inspection and quote for the bird and nest removal and also for any measures that could be taken to prevent further intrusion. Wow was Tim thorough!
He crawled through both of our attics, surveyed our property from the ground, and identified every possible opening from the roof as well. He took pictures of every possible opening into our home and explained how small animals could potentially enter. He also took the time to explain the preventative measures that could be taken to virtually eliminate wild animals from entering our home in the future.
We accepted the work proposal and were able to schedule the work to be completed within a week. Tim came back and completed the large nest removal, disinfection, and prevention project within two days. He did such a great job making all the new screens and coverings blend right in with the house, so without a keen eye you would never even know he was there!
I really do appreciate all the work Tim was able to accomplish in such a prompt and efficient manner. Hopefully our animal intruder days are behind us in our new home. I would not hesitate to recommend Tim and Xceptional Wildlife to anyone who has unwanted feathered or furry guests in their home.

I discovered a skunk digging under my house. I was able to get an almost immediate appointment with Xceptional Wildlife Removal. I was anxious about the whole situation but Tim was great at explaining the process for trapping and removal. Less than a day after the trap was set a skunk was caught, which was great. The trap was checked daily and on the last day, 4 additional skunks were captured.
I'm thrilled with the outcome and will definitely recommend Xceptional Wildlife Removal to everyone I know. The process was straightforward, the pricing was fair, and the service was excellent.

Super grateful we found Tim Borgardt at Xceptional Wildlife Removal. Not only a fantastic wildlife expert but a great person as well and was a pleasure to work with. I'm a property manager for multifamily properties and it seems like every year we have issues with raccoons getting inside the building walls. Every year we have some company come out and just setup some cages and that's it. Tim actually surprised me because he busted out the ladder and checked out the roof, insisted to check out the attics (no other company wanted to do this or even recommended it), and really went all over the property to look at every possible way a raccoon could get inside these apartment walls.
The problem is now resolved and we have the place properly secured to it doesn't happen again.
