Austin is such a great guy and goes above and beyond to make sure all my concerns are met and does a very thorough job. I would highly recommend him and your company to anyone. Rick came the day after we called Bosch, because of a vole pest problem. He scoped out the immediate area and around the condo for any other obvious activity. Happy with the response - now waiting for the bait to do it's job & kill the voles that have moved in. Thanks so much for quick and professional response. Appointment scheduled next day.
