We used this company at an assisted living. They were pricey, so we did research and discovered a more economical option. We called to tell them to cancel service and the man answering the phone was extremely rude. We are very satisfied with the other company, and honestly even if I wasn't satisfied, I'd find anyone except this company based on the customer service

After using Kenney's Pest Control for about a year, we're switching companies. Their staff is great, I like their auto-payment option, and it's easy to schedule the quarterly visits. But if you need service between quarterly visits, it consistently takes a week for them to come out. I'm not a fan of paying for preventative bug control and then having to wait a week when the prevention doesn't work, even if it's a one-off occurrence that the prevention isn't intended to take care of. It only takes a week for a small problem to become an infestation and I'd personally just rather have a company that can tackle those occurrences quickly.

My parents have been using kenneys for over 20 years. I just bought a new house so I of course called them up. They were quick to get me on the schedule. Dennis was great as usual!

Joe was great! He was able to change his schedule and come early to our 1st appt. He was very knowledgeable and quite patient with me, being sure to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. He worked quickly and thoroughly being sure to get all the area's I requested.

Bryan was punctual, knowledgeable, and explained the service completely and in a way that was easy to understand. He also gave advice on treatments for insects in the yard that did not effect the home. Would recommend to anyone looking for pest control! Services: Ant extermination, General pest inspection

We've used Kenney's for routine pest control for going on a couple years now. Experience has been solid. These are the guys you're looking for.

I had a bit of an insect issue this spring and called Kenney's. They came the next day and, by the following day, things were already substantially better. They do really good work.

For years we have used Kenney's for quarterly insect spray treatments and couldn't be more satisfied. No bugs in our house! But we recently discovered mice and knew Bryan, the wildlife specialist at Kenney's, needed to come! I can't stand the thought of mice! Bryan has an eagle eye and a passion for his job. I knew he would discover where these varmints were entering our home (he's done it once before) and he did!

His eagle eye spotted a tiny piece of insulation on the ground next to the house.and that is how he discovered how the mice were getting in. He sealed it up and gave me instructions on setting traps to catch any that were now trapped in the house. We caught multiple in the next 2 days and then nothing! Problem solved! I can't recommend Kenney's and Bryan enough!

Just had our first bug treatment from Kenney's and couldn't be happier with how non-invasive and professional the service was. Dennis was a very personable technician who made sure to give our screened porch the extra attention we needed. I hope he's our guy for years to come! 5-star service from Dennis at Kenney's!

Harley from Kenney's Pest Control always does a great job. We have a full sized apartment in the basement. The random house centipede that we get down there doesn't stand a chance with him. Thanks Kenney's for having such great employees.
