It is very important to properly identify any infestation, to avoid haphazard pesticide use during treatment. Each pest will have its own treatment protocol that we have designed for effectiveness and safety. For nearly 30 years Yale Termite & Pest Elimination Corp has provided leading extermination, inspection and preventive services throughout Connecticut.
While a large part of our business is trapping and wildlife removal in Fairfield County CT, we work with our customers throughout Connecticut to help prevent wildlife intrusions. This is done by inspecting the exterior of your home for areas that are susceptible to wildlife. For example, animals can gain access to the home through overgrown shrubbery or an overhanging tree branch.

The exterminator by the name of Gary was very professional and informative. He was very honest and open about our immediate problem. He came to our home and took care of our issue. Yale came out as soon as I called them after my little dog was bitten by a hornet. They were very professional and did a great job in removing the nest under the deck. The price was very affordable and they explained clearly what they were going to do. They are also eco friendly. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them.

Customer service rep was extremely rude. After 90 days and 2 treatments I was still hearing mice. Instead of being concerned that I was still having the problem the reps only concern was to inform me that this would be my LAST treatment! I certainly got the message that money is all that matters to this company! I will no longer use Yale Pest Elimination.
Follow up : After an apology from the owner who has also gone above and beyond to make sure I will no longer have a mice problem, I am very pleased with the service from Yale Pest Elimination. Gary has come to my house several times. He is both professional and courteous. Also the most knowledgeable about anything and everything from pests to plants. I am very happy I was able to continue using Yale and will definitely recommend them!

Outstanding service. I have used Yale Pest Control for about 5 years now. They do a monthly service at my employment, and we never have bugs in the buildings or any of the fury pests. Better pricing then the competitor I used before. The technician named Gary is very knowledgeable about all the pests, and bugs. He is polite, and very thorough. He always explains what he has done, when he checks in after completing the monthly service. Highly recommended for residential or commercial. Great results, great price, and really great employees.
