Brian was very professional and knowledgeable. He listened carefully to the many insect issues at my condo unit and knew exactly what to do. He left me feeling more relaxed knowing that there would be less insects to deal with inside and outside of my home. He lived up to the name of the company. Great guys! We bought our house about a year and a half ago and last spring/summer was our first here. The amount of wasps and carpenter bees in our yard, sliding, gutters and shed were alarming. We also noticed the normal ants during spring/summer and spiders throughout the year. This year, we called professional exterminating and they came out the next week. Joel was our technician, he was very knowledgeable, personable, listened to our areas of concerns, answered all our questions and explained every step of the process before starting.

The initial visit, the inside and outside of the home were sprayed. We recently had a period of a lot of rain and noticed the wasps coming back on the sides of the gutters and shed, I called and two days later Joel came back to spray the entire perimeter and shed at no cost to us. Not only did he come back almost immediately after the call was placed, but was prompt both times, even a few minutes early!

We were given a 30 minute window so we didn't have to wait around all day either which is rare these days. I would 100% recommend professional exterminating. They have different options to fit your needs and the pricing is VERY reasonable!

Excellent job by Brian and his trainee. Spent 90 minutes applying traps and product in the interior and exterior of the house. Explained what they were doing the whole time. Highly recommend. Brian was friendly and professional.

Outstanding customer service and highly effective! Our pest control professional, Kenny, is reliable, friendly, and always helpful. Our mosquito and tic spray - nontoxic! - comes from Brian, who has advised us on everything from a bee's nest in our roof to great hiking destinations. He thoughtfully deferred spraying during high winds, in order to protect our garden. Chrissie at the office is always delightful to talk to. We have every confidence in this company, and would never use anyone else!

We've been using Professional Exterminating for years to protect our house and yard. Highly recommend them, any issues we've ever had with pest, they've always been able to resolve, they are very responsive. We just had our yearly visit with Bryan who is great!

LOVE having Bryan come help us out! We live out in the woods and consequently have a mouse issue. He comes here quickly and is very efficient. He takes care of all the yucky dead ones! We had used Bryan on our last home so when we bought a new home it was a no brainer. They are usually off the week after Xmas and he made a special trip out to do service before we moved all our stuff in. He assessed all the areas of our home and explained everything the homeowner had done and the extra measures he would suggest. He is our go to for any pests whatsoever and I have never met a company more professional, that truly cares and wants to help in any way they can. We wouldn't go any where else!
