Termites are highly social insects that live in large colonies where populations can reach more than one million. A colony consists of several structurally differentiated forms living together as castes (including reproductives, soldiers, and workers) with different functions in community life. The swarming lasts less than an hour, so it's very likely you'll never even see it.

Selling my house and my attorney called them for the termite inspection. Fair price on the inspection but they picked at 2 exterior door frames with a screw driver and ruined the frames. The door frames had some water damage from the last hurricane and they destroyed them. Had to pay a licensed SC contractor $300 to repair just to sell the home - another ripoff! Went with ValuePest for the termite treatment because they were $1000 less and provided more than Absolute quoted.
I called and gave them the opportunity to give me a better price because they had listed the wrong foundation type on the quote and ruined my door frames but woman who answered was unfriendly and only reduced the price $200.
