When they came for our quarterly service the gentlemen we very professional. I was able to discuss my concerns and felt very satisfied with your service. Services: Termite extermination, Bug & insect extermination

Let me start by saying our pest inspection was performed yesterday and our inspector, Terry is a wonderful human being. My father is staying with us and he suffers with dementia. He was having an issue, thinking the house was unsafe and going to collapse. We asked Terry if he would pretend to be a "home inspector" after his pest inspection was done.

He agreed. He came in and eased my father's mind that the home was safe and not going to cause him any harm. He was extremely patient and kind going above and beyond his job duties. We tried to tip him and he refused. Said "when we come out, we're family". My daughter and I were in tears with how grateful we were to have Terry come to our house today. We need more Terry's in the world. He is a wonderful asset to your company.

Our new extermination representative Eric is phenomenal. Our previous exterminator from the same company, was Brandon who became a friend instead of just an exterminator. Home pest control seems to pick personable people with alot of common sense. Service: General pest inspection

I've always had great experience with East Cooper but upon the companies combining we fell through the cracks. The new service scheduled without us and the service person came to both of our houses and just did the outside as I wasn't home and my husband was. Since we weren't expecting the service at that time my husband told him to just do the outside.

I hope this doesn't happen again as we were with East Cooper for about 10 years and recommended them to all of our neighbors and many others. I hope we will be able to continue service with the new company.

Two years in a row now we have paid our yearly fee of $300 only to have to call and ask why no one has come out. The first year they came out two months after receiving payment. This year we are FOUR months with no service after receiving payment. I called last week to see why no one has come and they said someone would be out within the next day. or so.and nada.

If it's not resolved by next week I will be contesting my credit card charges for services not received and will take my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional, in my opinion, and will 10/10 NOT recommend.

Wes has been servicing our home for the about the last 5-6 years on our last service somebody else came while they did a good job we missed Wes. Wes always gives us excellent service answers our questions, concerns and explains his findings or things we should be aware of. Thank you Wes

This company currently holds my termite bond. I paid them in January and I found out today by looking at my online account that they never performed services.3 months after they received payment. They never answer their phones and never return calls. 2 calls to them, no reply.

Christopher Walling did a fine job. We recently had to vacate an apartment that had been infested with roaches, so many that they hitched a ride in the furniture. Thanks to Christopher's prompt and aggressive treatment, the burgeoning infestation was cut short, and now all we see in terms of German cockroaches are slow-creeping ones close to death.

It was $300 well spent. I've used Home Pest Control before in a prior house, and we had zero cockroaches. Thanks to Home Pest Control, I can shut out the stupidity of the apartment complex and move on with a roach-free or roach-reduced life. No one EVER came out to service my property, but they made sure that they sent me a bill for another year's service! I didn't see them last year and yet they expect me to pay for another year because I didn't call and cancel service! What service? Hopefully the billing department cancelled and wrote off the balance like she said she would. Since I already have another company taking care of the property.

Ryan has been coming out since we built our home in 2015. He is always courteous when he arrives. He always does a great job. The office staff is great and very easy to communicate with by phone or text. We are happy we chose Home Pest Control Services for our pest maintenance. Thank you!

Clay was excellent. He was thorough and professional. He was easy to work with.

When I used this service, I made sure to pay off my balance before I moved out of state. I contacted them to double check and they said, "Everything is fine." Now here I am 8 years later with them on my credit report saying I owe $75. I called when I found out 4 years from my move and they promised to take it off my credit report since I didn't owe anything.3 years later it's still on and I'm having to go back and try to get them to take it off again. THIS COMPANY IS A BORDER LINE SCAM!

We are first time home buyers and this service was already installed from the builder for termite control and I just paid for the annual renewal. The only payment option is a recurring credit card payment, and once paid your card will be kept on file. To remove it you MUST call them. When I called the lady assured me we wouldn't be charged next year if I just left it on file. Sketchy.

I should be able to remove my card online. It is difficult for me to get basic information by phone and the website just gives general information. What is included when the annual Termite inspection is done? When will someone contact us for the appointment? This information should be available on the website.

I never got the guy that was sent out to check my upper attic space because he didn't like ladders or the crawl space although I tried and it was supposed to be included in what I was paying for. I made sure to cancel before auto renewal and after paying 3 out of 4 increments for the last triannual service they ghosted me, did not provide the last treatment, and didn't take my fourth $29 payment but also kept my $87 for no services rendered.

We are first time homeowners and money is tight. I've contacted them to resolve this situation (as well as our previous issue of less service than what was promised) to no response or resolution. It's extremely frustrating.

Current and soon will be a Former customer of Home Pest Control. I bought a bond when I bought my new house 2 years ago and paid for the program via a monthly automatic withdraw from my account. With that being said they showed up for the first 2 months and sprayed and provide a stellar service. They installed termite bait stations and checked around a little but that was the last I saw them.

At least expected to see them quarterly or maybe even a phone call to see how they could improve their service at my location but got nothing. When we were able to get in contact with them to discuss there service we were met with confrontation. All I wanted was to cancel my service when my initial bond was over. Now I have met the obligations of the original bond they want to charge me an additional 300 dollars.

So real complaint is they: 1) They don't come out regularly even though they withdraw money monthly. 2)They have horrible customer service. 3) It is incredibly difficult to schedule them to come out and spray intermittently when you need them to.

I have done business with Home Pest Control for 12 years. They are reliable, affordable, and conscientious in their business practices. They spray outside my home and are always careful about my pets. Whenever I have a pest issue, they will come out and take care of it without further cost to me. The techs who come are always courteous and efficient. I am pleased with their service.

Former owners had a bond with this company. Three weeks later some hillbilly walks into my front and backyard unannounced and removes the bait stations. Really? Very poor business practices, Guess who we won't be using.
