A CL-100 (SC Wood Infestation Report) is required for the sale of most homes in the state of South Carolina. It includes a thorough inspection of a home's sub-floor and below by a licensed Pest Management professional. The inspector will determine if there exists any evidence of active or inactive wood destoying insects.

I can't say enough good things about this company! Not only do we not have pest problems ibut I'm highly allergic to fire ants and the service they do is top notch! All season long last year we didn't have a single any hill on our 3 acre property! I had spent hundreds trying to treat them myself and only threw that money down the drain as I was continually treating weekly and being bit.
One treatment in the spring and I never had to call them back, I was so skeptical and so pleasantly surprised. All the gentlemen that come to the house are wonderful and the office woman is so accommodating and understanding in these strange and hard financial times. I recommend this company to everyone!
