After battling ants for three months and losing I finally called Steve's Pest control. Kevin arrived 15 minutes early even! He was professional, polite and answered every question I had as I watched him work. The price is very reasonable and well worth it. I will use them again. Service: Ant extermination

We were driving through Warrenton, MO on our way back home from Christmas travels and we stayed at a hotel in town. Unfortunately we woke up and found bed bugs all over the mattresses. I panicked and started researching what to do to make sure we don't bring them home with us. Steve's Pest Control popped up so I called the number. The person who answered the phone was extremely helpful and patient.

He described in detail things I should do to make sure we don't bring the bugs home with us. He seemed like he genuinely wanted to help. We took his advice and are on our way home now ( a little less panicked). I feel confident we have the information we need to make sure the nasty bugs don't make it into our home thanks to Steve's Pest Control.

Extremely pleased with this service. They came out during a renovation and could not completely treat the house because of that. Called this AM (10/01) and within a n hour had a callback and was told they are on their way. Resprayed areas that had not been done due to renovations and were very thorough. Will be signing up for their 5 star program in March for forever pest control.

He was early, he treated the interier and exterior of our home as if it was his own. Very pleased, well dressed, clean a pleasure to have in my home.

Steves Pest control is a business I have used many times in my 30 years in the rental business but after they're last service I will go with a different company. The came out on a Thursday to do a treatment for fleas on a vacant house, the tech sprayed the house down really heavy as there was nobody living there and said not to go back into until after the following Monday, here it is Tuesday and I go in and it is still flea infested, no difference that I can tell, I call and explain this and immediately get the disclaimer of I should have been vacuuming it as these are new fleas, right!

So apparently they're product won't even kill fleas for four days and then it's all my fault but they inform my that they will be expecting my payment in 30 days. Okay you clowns I will wait that 30 days. I also googled how to kill fleas and came up with bleach, it immediately knocked them out, I told the rude phone service guy and he really got excited telling me that any responsibility just went out the window like they had any in the first place. I strongly suggest avoiding Steve's pest control.

Our Technician Lucas Porter was amazing during our termite inspection! Such a pleasant and learning experience! He was kind, informative, and took the time to answer all of our many questions. Very knowledgeable young man. Great experience!

We were having a big problem with spiders (Recluse) which had already bit family members. Steve's came in and sprayed and we are spider free. They also got rid of the wasp that were building hives on our back porch. We have the person number of our pest guy, he is very knowledgeable and nice. My pets even like him. I highly recommend this group.

Bernie from Steves pest control decided to open my gate ignoring the beware of dog sign and walk directly into my fenced in yard. luckily my dog was on the porch upstairs not out in the yard. I don't want my dog put in that situation or the employee.we were very clear that do not come over to or on our property unless you have gotten on the phone confirmation from us that we know when you're coming and have told you that it is OK to come. They said that they did call but obviously they did not talked to anybody this is just stupid and dangerous Absolutely unacceptable.

Definitely the highest prices in the area! I called around to 4 companies in the area and they were almost double the price AND if they need to come back, the follow up is NOT included at all! Way too pricey! Call around for prices before you pick steve's! Other than that, the staff was nice on the phone. They had to call me back for prices.

Exceptional experience from the get go! My call to ask questions and get information was handled by Sam. He was courteous and informative. I greatly appreciated the level of customer service he displayed and how pleasant the conversation was. I was able to schedule my pest control within 2 days of the phone call, what a relief! When John arrived to perform the work, he was kind, thoughtful, and very respectful of our belongings.

He quickly performed the work and answered more of my questions. Just another outstanding guy, I couldn't be happier with all of my interactions with this company! No guarantee of treatment effectiveness. Entire home and exterior was treated for $225. I was hoping they'd die off, but I was still seeing small bugs 2 weeks after. They said they could come treat again for a discounted price of $112 since it was within the first 30 days. This is the first time that I've had a pest control charge for a follow up visit. I decided to go with a competitor that offers a no-charge guarantee between quarterly treatments. Lady who answered the phone was polite. So, no issues in that regards.
