I tried to use them and it was a huge flop. Because I own a new home, the backyard isn't seeded yet 100% so they wouldn't even touch the backyard! Why would I pay $50 +dollars just to have the front mowed and why can't you just cut the backyard? I don't understand how you can be a lawncare business in 2022 and have RESTRICTIONS on the work you can do! Huge let down!

Called on Tuesday to get an estimate for landscaping work. Was assured someone would call. Heard nothing for 2 days. Called back on Thursday and was told a different person would call in advance to setup a time to look at my project. On Friday I finally got a call and he said "I'll be there in 30 minutes". No, that's not calling in advance to setup an appointment. Was not available any other time, refused to come on Saturday.
Will find someone else to do the job. The customer service rep (Alyssa?) was as helpful as she could be. Not her fault that Sean never called me and Brian was not flexible or professional.

Contacted Atkins company after having my home inspected for a sale and termites were found. The gentleman they sent said he was asked to do another report and looked around and found no termites. I told him I had already had an inspection and report done and showed him where termites were found. He dug a little more and said, "yeah there's termites." Yes, thank you.
Now I'm getting an invoice to pay for a report I already had done and to point out to someone the location of the termites for them. I mentioned this to someone in an email and feel like this service isn't something I should have to pay for. On top of that, the initial contact that I received from Atkins after coming out to my home was an invoice with absolutely no information on treating the issue I sought them out for.
I had to ask for information to get the problem taken care of. All they seemed to care about was getting paid.needless to say, I went with another company and they didn't charge me anything to come out and look.

I've used Atkins in the past and was very happy with the quality of work they did. But, I contacted them at the beginning of April, never heard anything so I contacted them again at the beginning of May, after 2 weeks I still didn't hear anything so I called them, they said they were leaving a note for the manager and that someone would call me back. They didn't. Very disappointing.

Good, honest company that does good work at a good price. After a lawn disaster when we had a concrete company pour a new patio, both my front and back yard were mud with foot-deep ruts. Atkins came out, tilled a few inches, and planted new seed. See before and after pictures below (From February to June). We're obviously pretty happy with it!

Very knowledgeable customer service team and great technicians! I also love that this company is family owned and operated. The young woman (Abby or Addy?) in the lawn and irrigation department always goes above and beyond to help me with my needs whenever I call in. I highly recommend this company for your landscaping and pest needs!

This company treats its employees like garbage. I wish I could give them less than a star. They would rather have minimum wage workers that constantly quit than pay their good workers more than the minimum. They tell their employees that accounts will be covered by other people so they can take more on, then when nothing gets covered the employees are stuck with double the work.
I will do everything I can to make sure my money never goes to this company and everyone else should too. Your employees matter just as much as the company and Atkins is not capable of treating their employees with respect.

After years of good cleaning services at our medical office we recently fired Atkins due to them damaging many items in our office to the tune of over 7 thousand dollars. They promised they'd replace these items for months but then ignored us and backed down on their promise! Also just recently they've overlooked basic stuff like cleaning floors or emptying trash. We've paid them 1400 dollars a month for nightly cleaning. Sad this company has deteriorated so badly.

Very impressed with the professionalism and service. First score point, they representative arrived ON TIME, when you have to miss work to have a service provided I feel this is very important. Second score point, the representative was extremely professional, answered all of my questions concerning impending pest problems and didn't make me feel silly for asking them. Third and final score point the rep was super thorough with the application of bait and spray. I felt they did an excellent job.

I asked them to take a look at my walnut tree. They did an suggested several services, one of which was removing a parasitic vine. I asked them to remove the vine only. Now I have a bill for $180 worth of services I specifically asked them not to do and my tree still has a vine in it. Do not use this company unless you just don't care what is done to your yard.
