PCI Pest Control has been taking care of my family's home for nearly 3-4 years now. I highly trust them to get the job done. Their service techs are always on-time, professional, and courteous. I always have peace of mind whenever they come out to do services. I can't thank them enough for keeping my home, inside and out, pest-free. I'd highly recommend their services, as they have something for everyone and every budget.

I love PCI! Professional knowledgable and precise in their assessment. I freaked out last fall when I heard munching in my ceiling. I got lucky when I picked them come to the rescue! They did a full indoor and outdoor assessment of the home. They made recommendations that I could do along with what their plan was. It was very reasonable and they stand by their work. We had PCI out to inspect our property for rodents and repair several entry points. Everyone from the people at the office to the inspector and technician were so friendly, helpful and prompt. They were very thorough and the PCI inspector actually caught some unrelated issues with the house that our home inspector did not. When I thought I heard scratching noises a few months later, PCI came back out and did another inspection free of charge which was unexpected and appreciated. They do great work and we'll definitely use them again.

1/6/22: Gene was on time, friendly and helpful in understanding what he looks for and in a detailed explanation of his findings and recommendations to keep rodents out. I'm bringing them back to rodent-proof a few vents next week. 1/18/22: Casey was great! Very friendly and competent. He answered several questions I had and went above and beyond when he noticed my neighbor had a couple holes in her vent screen and steel wool (which I learned not to use since it will rust as hers was). Casey even gave me some material which i used to fix my neighbors screen myself. Of course I recommended PCI to my neighbor and should the need arise for more pest control, I'll ask for Casey, This is how businesses get and keep customers.

Our service tech, RD Nielson, was prompt, very thorough, professional, and informational about all services and recommendations. Simply outstanding!.

Technician did a great job inspecting and finding the entryways the rodents created. Laid out traps in the crawlspace under the house. Second appointment they came as a pair and sealed off all entry points and checked the traps. Have not heard any rodent activity since. Had another checkup and it is still all in the clear. Every technician has been on time, courteous and did an outstanding job. I am very satisfied and can only recommend this company!

Veteran and family own. Great job of checking and cleaning up the wasps nests I had by my shed and one in the yard bin. That was a surprise. Tech was friendly, polite and knowledgeable in answering all my questions. Checked all around the areas and dealt with it. Followed all Covid-19 protocols. Plan to keep them on my call list. Really appreciate and recommend them .

PCI does a fantastic job. They are very thorough in their inspection. They are very knowledgeable and give a lot of helpful information. I have had them inspect my house twice because of mice and they did a great job in helping to keep them out of my house. They are very reliable, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and can't say enough good things about them.
