We had a rat infestation that was only telegraphed by the putrid smell of a rotting carcass emanating from the floor last night. By this afternoon I could barely eat inside my own home, the stench was so awful. After calling around and getting dismal service from other companies, I reached out to Rambo. Despite a looming holiday weekend, they were able to send someone out the same day and their technician, Edward, was able to find the problem, remove it, and give us helpful advice on how to avoid such nasty neighbors in the future. Edward was quick, efficient, and thoughtful.

Earl "Russ" is an exceptionally well-trained technitian who takes the time to do an outstanding job and communcate his findings with the client. His expertise is unparalled -- offering insights on how to stop these critters from scaling my roof. I cut branches back from the house based on his suggestions. "Rats! Foiled again", is what I thougth I. heard the rats residing on my property whisper as Russ investigated and provided expert solutions. Russ explained that they were feeding at one bait station in particular and that once he knows where they are dining, he will relocate stations to increase success at abating the rodent issue. RAMBO Total Pest Control must be doing something that the other companies are neglecting: treating their team like what they do matters. And indeed, it does! This review was written after three visits to my home. Each time, I was impressed and confident that I hired the best!

After we posted this review, they decided to call us back and help solve the possum issue. Guess we will see if any more unexpected visitors arrive!

I got a great feeling from reading Rambo's website, and I was not disappointed. The 2 Technicians, and 2 Customer Service folks I've worked with have all been amazingly friendly, professional, sincere, patient with my many-many questions, and 100% focused on customer needs & budget, and not trying to push or sell extra unnecessary service. 100% Worthwhile.

My days of endless whack-a-mole ant control in my house, and monthly trips for yet more ant bait stations from Home Depot are over. Spiders in the house are now virtually non-existent as well, especially the big 1-inch+ ones *shudders*. Rat problem from adjoining forest is also under control. 100% Recommend!

JJ is The best technician ever, he came on his way home from work because we had ants in our bedroom, He took care of the problem in the bedroom and then went outside and sprayed around the house to keep them out, thanks again Rambo and you JJ for taking care of our house so well.

So knowledgeable and friendly. Did a very thorough inspection and even provided pictures which I've never had a pest control company do before. We had a broken crawl space vent screen which he fixed right away. We need a new crawl space access door desperately and Ramon offered to build a new one to fit exact measurements on-site with his next visit. I've been using this company for a few years now. It started with birds mite infesting our home from an outside nest and has progressed into outside bait boxes to keep the critters at bay. These folks have always, always attended to our needs and are professional in appearance and conduct. They are on time and are very knowledgeable in their profession. Prior to our sale of our home on South Hill in Puyallup, Rambo provided thorough and successful services when dealing with " rodent squatters " in our home. We were most impressed with the skill set and entire property assessment with an effective " battle plan " implemented. The safety of our family pets was factored into the program to assure their safety both inside and outside of our home.

In January, we moved to Roy, Wa. We are hopeful that their service area includes our new location. It is our preference to do business with smaller, family owned and run companies. Not only do they reflect their integrity, but also give back to the communities they serve. I would, without hesitation recommend Rambo!

We noticed some burrow holes on the exterior of our house and were concerned for rats. I called Rambo after seeing all of the positive reviews and loved the fact they are a local company. I submitted a request online and received a phone call within 24 hours. We were able to schedule an appointment within a week of my phone call. Due to COVID-19 public health safety concerns, they are taking extra precautions for social distancing and safety.

Our technician, Jeremy, wore a face mask and gloves the entire time, and he always remained 6 feet away while we talked. All paperwork is verbal consent right now and I received a copy of all paperwork through email (which I honestly prefer anyway!). These extra precautions were appreciated. Jeremy was awesome. He was kind and explained what he was doing clearly and in words/phrases I could understand.

I had a lot of questions and he was so patient with me! He answered every single one and made me feel so comfortable during the whole process. When he left the appointment, I felt like I had a clear picture of what was done that day and of the plan moving forward. They will come back in 5-10 days to check on bait stations and traps. I will edit my review to add results of the service efforts. EDITED TO ADD UPDATE: Our technician came back for a routine follow-up appointment. Jeremy and Cameron were awesome.

Very informative and patient with my questions. Even though there were no signs the rodents had fed on the bait stations, our technician informed us this was normal and that during our next monthly visit we should expect more activity. When they left I felt reassured that things were moving in the right direction.

The last straw was when the dogs had some fleas & carpenter ants started to come in the house. Last summer we had wasps trying to hole up in my attic & that was another thing I wanted to avoid. Hopefully those gigantic killer wasps don't move into the area. With the 'rona still active I was surprised this company was able to come out and spray my property.

They obeyed social distancing rules and did contactless "paperwork". The house was scheduled for later in the week, but somehow the technician was able to get out to my property the same day. I didn't have a crazy infestation, just knew with it being May & bugs wanting to come into the main part of the house. I wasn't going to wait until summer.

I think the initial spray is $200 & then every three months after it's $100. The chemicals they use are pet safe & I felt comfortable with the technician taking care of the property. So far so good. I'm glad I can support a local company & thought my husband would get a kick out of name since he recently watched a Rambo movie.

Everything is going great! Recently had a resergence of ants during a quarterly treatment and they were hit hard and went away. The Techician came back a couple weeks later and did a follow up to make sure.

This is going to be a bit long, but this is an exceptional company that pays attention to details which we would like to recognize. Being still somewhat new to the area, we turned to the internet to find someone to remove what we thought was a wasps' nest in our backyard. Although we were impressed by the mostly 5-star reviews Rambo Total Pest Control received on Yelp, it was the company's courteous, professional, and educational response to the review of a dissatisfied customer that gave us the impression that the people at this company take pride in their work and their customer service.

This impression was confirmed and our expectations were exceeded with every interaction that followed:
- Beki, who answered our initial call, was very friendly and efficient. I never had to repeat anything twice, she was very knowledgeable and e-mailed a short write-up on the specifics of treating stinging insects. It was very transparent about what treatment can accomplish and how much it would cost.
- As promised, Ramon, the technician, came during the two-hour window we were given after he called the correct family member who would meet him to say that he was on his way.
- Ramon was also very courteous and professional.

He explained what the insects were (bald-headed hornets), what he was going to do, and made sure two and four-legged family members were not going to be harmed in the process.
- Within hours of his visit, we received a report that informed us of what was found, what was done, and what chemical was used along with a nice personal note from one veteran to another.
- When we called the office to tell them how happy we were with their service, we got to talk to another lady who was every bit as friendly and professional as Beki and Ramon. We are absolutely blown away by this company's customer service and professionalism; they exceed those we've received from national chain exterminators by far!

Weeks later and many calls later the rats was still in residence. It grew so bold that a friend killed hit with a bat. Very, very stressful situation. Many calls to Rambo, we only saw them when we called them.

We asked for a refund. Nope, no guarantee. They do have a warantee tho....so if we get another with 90 days of our contract, they will come out. Yeah right, they couldn't catch the one we paid them to catch, not even close. Dont wasre your time or money on this company.
