Want to keep those occasional bugs from getting too comfortable in your home? Our clean out treatment is for you. We treat each level of the interior of your home and attached garage, the exterior foundation, and around the windows and doors. This service comes with a 30-day guarantee and takes care of general household insects.
Wood destroying insect inspections are provided for the refinancing or sale of real estate property in Iowa and Illinois. If termites are found, a referral can be made to treat the problem. One of our technicians will come and assess the situation to eliminate the problem as needed. Emerick Pest Control cares for the well being of Honey Bees.
The chemical treatment lasts approximately 3 months depending on weather and environmental conditions. No, once the chemical is dry it adheres to the exterior of the home and will not be washed off. It only takes about 10-15 minutes for the chemical to dry. We would ask for pets to be kenneled or removed from the home for about 1 hour so they don't lay or walk-in treated areas.

We have used Emerick's several times now and they have been so nice and friendly. The first time we used them was for bug inspection when we purchased our home. Since we live in the country, we noticed there are more bugs that come into the house than we would like. We are now on a quarterly service and I am very happy with the results. I had 4 wasps come in my house through some holes in the siding in my living room. Prior to that there was a wasps nest in the rubber seal of my window in my bedroom. I've had issues with relentless wasps and hornets for the past 8 years. We've tried Orkin but they are too expensive. So I was happy with Emerick's service! Doug was so helpful and educated us on how wasps hibernate and build new colonies and gave peace of mind that during the cold months they are gone. I will definitely be using their services in the spring/summer months when the bugs come back because they are so reasonably priced compared to anywhere else!
