We use pyrethrum insecticide, which has been approved for use in and around food processing plants and restaurants. We use the pyrethrum based chemicals VectorBan-Plus and Riptide on the majority of our insect and mosquito misting systems. Pyrethrum is clear, free of allergens, and also has a low toxicity level.

I have used a system Mosquito Mangement installed for several years. I have never had an issue or bad service. Recently had a spider problem inside my home an a guy came by within 2 days after I called an sprayed. Has been 3 months an no sign of any critters. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends. Services: Mosquito extermination, Bug & insect extermination

Although I was happy with the installation and the service, things went bad with the service. Todd called to offer me a discount for a year's service in September 2019. I told him we were moving soon. He said I would receive a refund for an unused time period. We used the service for 6 months and then I called to cancel and ask for a refund for the other six months. It's been 2 years since I contacted him multiple times and I have not received a refund.

I was cold called by this company to fix the leaks and refill the tank on the system they had installed before I moved into the house. The repair was incomplete and there were numerous leaks even after "finishing" the job. I have called on three occasions to get them to come back, and they have told me each time they'd come back the next day. They never did and I have heard nothing from them. I have requested a refund from my credit card company and will use another company. I would avoid this company unless you like getting charged for incomplete work.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I have used mosquito management for years with no problem. But as soon as my system had an issue, they were no where to be found! They haven't returned my numerous calls or come out to fix the problem. I paid in advance, so I'm out the money and have to try to find someone else to help. DON'T USE MOSQUITO MANAGEMENT! Todd who has always been a friend and a vendor I have recommended in my own business for many years are working things out with my system. I posted a scathing review as I was disappointed. I am happy yo say that review has come down. Todd called as he should have caring and attentive to my issues. Was a bit of miscommunication on all parts. Todd as an attentive business owner is taking this serious and we will get my system to where it should be, I have no doubt now. BACK TO 5 STARS!
All we want as consumers is the company that we choose to back the product. Todd and his team are doing that now. I never expect it to be a prefect world, I do however expect a company to back its product and Todd has shown me he cares. Hats off my friend! Also a call out to a young man he has working for him David. David can get a bit overwhelmed sometimes but has always been respectful and helpful. Great asset to a good company.

Mosquito Management installed the mosquito system at our new home and has been servicing it since we moved in over two years ago. They come monthly to check everything out and if I ever suspect any issue they respond to my message very quickly, usually by the next day. My previous home also had a mosquito system and I must say I was never very satisfied with the consistency of the other companies I tried. Mosquito Management has been stable, their personnel has remained constant and we believe their pricing to be fair. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I paid the full year's balance for 2019, on Dec 18, 2018. I was offered a better rate to pay in full, in advance. HOWEVER, Mosquito Mgmt is still debiting my account EVERY MONTH for the normal monthly rate! I called them on Jan 3, as soon as I saw their debit. They said "it would be refunded asap, and would not happen again". IT WAS NEVER REFUNDED AND NOW, FEB 1, THE SAME DEBIT WAS MADE FROM MY ACCOUNT AGAIN! This is really not good and I regret giving them my debit information!

Mosquito Management has serviced my house in memorial since they installed my system in 2011. The system works great and it allows us to enjoy our backyard. The service has improved over the years and I am now on their full service plan. For the past two years I have been very impressed with their service, they keep my system filled and everything running properly. If there is ever a problem with my system all I have to do is call and they come right out. I highly recommend this company.
