Friendly and kind people. Do a great job, my parents been using them for years. So now lm using them. Love them.

Been using Allied for a couple of years and to say that the first couple of years was better is an understatement. I've had an on-going issue with spider mites, brought it up to the technician when he was at my house last week and he said he would take care of it. In past years, I just directed the tech to make sure he focused on the mites outside and they were always addressed and no big deal.

The tech last week hadn't dealt with Spider Mites before, and didn't use a insecticide that would kill them., so I called back 2 days later and was told that spider mites aren't covered on their pest list. and because Allied hadn't been taking care of my house consistently - due to Covid - that they wouldn't come back out to reevaluate. Bottom Line - I'll be finding another pest company! Zero accountability and poor customer service!

James, our technician with Allied is great! He is courteous and knowledgeable. Our wasp problem is finally under control. Several people in our neighborhood praise James and his pest control knowledge.

Allen, our technician, is always prompt & courteous! He's offered helpful hints, as well. We appreciate the professionalism & dedication to good service.

The termite contact on my home was taken over by Allied, They are very unprofessional and I'm very unhappy with the service they have not provided me. They just show up with out contacting me and say they did the inspection on my home and left a bill on my door, however with my previous termite contract they always came inside to do an inspection. also, well Allied is to busy for that per the representative that I spoke with.

I've spoke with David Pence several times and he has stated that someone would contact me to come back and do the inspection again, I even spoke with David on May 11th and he stated he would call and arrange and time to come and do the inspection himself this has not happened and this morning I received 2 calls within 30 mins requesting payment! I will never recommend this company and will be reporting them to the BBB!

Allied is very reliable and always takes that extra step to make sure we are satisfied! Josh is great and very meticulous about getting it done right! Highly recommend!

Steve is a very friendly and observing representative for Allied. He cares about what he does, and he treats and cares for our home in the same way. Always pleasant. The treatments help keep down many crawling bugs, worms, and other flying insects inside and outside of our home. We don't have many problems with pest, since Allied has been taking care of our home and property.
