Volunteer Rid A Pest

We had a friend stay the weekend with us and they brought roaches with them, Volunteer came out over 5 months and treat ($500) and they got even worse, we called another place and they are going in less then a month Service: Cockroach extermination

I have been using this service for 4yrs now Jermey does a good job but when a new girl comes in to answer the phones Miki she was very disrespectful couldn't get a word in but I will continue to use this services they are very Professional when I did pay the balance of 68$ Which was the issue of the disrespectful conversation I had with Miki I didn't think I owe she didn't ask me didn't I want to Schedule appointment she just hung up so I called another number and got in touch with Meagan and she was really nice and she rescheduled me thanks Meagan

My husband and I bought our new home three and a half years ago. Volunteer was recommended by previous owner and AAA heating and air. They also put a proper moisture barrier under the house. We would recommend them to any one who needs their services. The used the Termidor HP11 termite treatment. Services: Termite extermination, Termite inspection

Paul was awesome. He was super nice and educated on rodents. Paul, went all over and under the house. He sprayed and left traps. He also, let us know where the mice were coming and how they were getting into the house. So far, zero mice. I am so thankful. With quarterly sprays, I am hopefully we wont see any more nasty mice. We have used Volunteer Rid A Pest for the past five years and couldn't be more happy with their service. Our technician, Kellen Pickle, is always so courteous, on time and very thorough in his work. He is never pushy and doesn't try to sell a service we do not need! Definitely a satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone needing a pest control company.

When we moved into our house nearly 3 years ago we started noticing ants as soon as the temperature warmed up and after a losing battling against them we decided to call a professional. We chose them because I had seen them in the area and knew they ventured this far. They don't have a contract so it was a quarterly treatment. There was 1 tech assigned to us & he was great but unfortunately after about a year he was replaced.

The new tech, however nice, wasn't very prompt. I understand things happen, but after the last no-call, no/show, I had to find a new exterminator. I had to leave work early 3 times to accommodate him only to be rescheduled. He actually messaged me around the time we were due for the next spray without acknowledging the fact that he totally stood me up the time before.

I didn't report it to the business because I didn't want him to be in trouble and possibly fired. Had he just text to say he couldn't make it, I wouldn't be writing this review.

Paul came to our house and was so friendly. He explained everything perfectly. Took his time while helping to get rid of our ants and wasps. Highly recommend him and volunteer rid a pest. We will continue to use them! Services: Hornet & wasp extermination, Ant extermination

Each year, we have our cabin treated for carpenter bees. This year, we had to ask our pest controller to retreat because there were still bees boring into the logs. The pest controller did not state there would be any additional cost for the pretreatment; however, we received a bill from Volunteer Rid a Pest for $125 in addition to the amount that was paid 2 months prior.

We contacted the billing office and never received a response after multiple attempts. At our next monthly service for mosquitos, we inquired about the charge and the pest controller advised it was a billing error and should be waived for retreatment. Then again, we received another bill for the carpenter bee treatment. We called the billing office again and after multiple attempts, connected with a representative who advised us to talk with the pest controller about the bill.

I advised that I did and he stated the bill would be waived. Then the billing representative advised me that the pest controller supposedly informed us that we should pay the bill. I was very disappointed in the blatant disregard to honor our agreement for no charge, and furthermore, placing the customer in the middle of the dispute between the billing office and pest controller.

I will no longer have service by this company because business practices should be trustworthy and the customer should never be placed in the middle of a billing dispute with the office and pest controller. I asked for the owner, Eric Gardner, to contact me. I am still waiting for a call back.

We were referred to Volunteer Rid-A-Pest through a contractor. Scheduling was easy! Also, Daniel was very thorough and took his time going over the entire house. He was friendly, on time, professional, and informative! Definitely gave us good quality services to our house for a good value! Thank you Daniel and Volunteer Rid-A-Pest.

Volunteer has been our pest control service since we bought our current house in 2015. They are great to deal with. Their people are professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and have never disappointed us. Their mosquito control service is amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
