Howard from pestex has been servicing the property for 2 years now. He always comes prepared and never has any issues with tenants after he leaves an apt. He is also very knowledgeable and will explain to the tenant best way to get rid of the pests. Always well mannered and never leaves anything out of place if something needs to be moved. He's a pleasure to work with.

Pestex recently took care of the problem we were having with squirrels nesting in the eaves of our house. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I found each and everyone on the Pestex staff to be highly professional and extremely friendly. I was really impressed with their prompt responses to my questions throughout the process. James Meyers, who ran a five-day program of trapping and removing the animals, was superb. This is flat-out the best exterminator service there is. First off, they are VERY professional and know their stuff. Their people are friendly, hardworking, and get the job done. Their pricing is so competitive that I signed up for the year-round service. Why wait to be invaded--again! They eradicated a host of pests for me, and installed preventative measures, so I am just going to keep that rolling.
The other thing I love about this company is that they are Green certified, and it shows. They try and keep the toxic chemicals out of your house and lawn, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

Pestex is a bit of a puzzle. I signed up for an annual "program, " which was supposed to be four applications of pest control stuff. They came one time, and sent me a bill for all four applications. I paid half of the bill, enclosing a letter explaining that that was paying for double what they had done, and telling them that I'd pay for the other visits when they happened.
Then they never came back. I have called the office and left three messages. No answer. No more visits. Seems like they are either out of business or want to go out of business.
