I had Harry (Slade) come out to do a free inspection. He was in and out so quick and was able to find what was haunting my walls almost immediately. Due to it being birds, I wouldn't be able to get service to remove but it was amazing the assistance he provided me! I really hope i don't have to come back for a future problem but if i do, i'll be sure to ask for him!

Barrett is a valuable part of my home maintenance plan, they're prompt, professional and reasonable- the staff is very friendly and always helpful- I can't recommend them highly enough for all your pest control needs. Update September 24, 2021 Nathan came to perform my quarterly service today. He was so nice, polite, and very thorough! I highly recommend Barrett Pest Control! They have kept bugs and rodents away from my home for several years. I have one less thing to worry about with my home. Thanks Nathan! I called Barrett with a suspicion of termites. A field supervisor named Slade came out to inspect and found termites. He was incredibly personable and knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything. He took the time to show me the termites and how they got in. Quote was very reasonable and quick turn around as well. Looking forward to having them come out and get rid of them!

Barrett Pest guys were the real deal. First and always best - they are local! They showed up on time, and were very thorough and professional in explaining what they do. They also had a really good prep sheet for us - in order for the treatment to be effective there was some cleaning that needed to be done. They had a list that they gave us at their initial inspection that said exactly what needed to be done before they got there.

I had questions in between treatments - I was able to call and get them answered on a couple different occasions. I haven't seen a critter since they came, so I think they did a good job. They were a pleasure to do business with.

Honest and dependable! These guys follow through and stand by the guarantee on their services. They also won't sell you a treatment or service you don't need. Slade and his team were so helpful with an inspection on a rental property and our current home. They recently helped us treat a large wasp nest that took residence in our wall. All the technicians have been personable and friendly. Best pest control company in the Winchester area!

I Am so happy with the company! The gentleman that came out was so polite he knew what needed to be done. My dog was going crazy and he just pet her to keep her calm he was knowledgeable and fast. I went with the every 3 month plan to come out to keep the spiders away.

I live out of state and was trying to assist my mom with a bug infestation. I selected this company based on the reviews. My mother was so pleased with this company's professionalism and customer service. The gentleman was super helpful and gave my mom assurance there was no termites and advised her she had terminated the bugs infestation herself. He gave her advice on prevention techniques.

I called for a VA refinance pest inspection and I was lucky enough that Barrett had a cancellation. Slade came the same day and conducted the inspection. He was very professional and very personable. Was knowledgable and answered all of my questions and even provided a few tips. I would definitely recommend and will use Barrett again.

Excellent customer service. Just had Chris come to the house and treat for ants. Great service, he came earlier than the scheduled time which is always nice. Chris explained the issues he noticed, and explained all of the treatments he would perform. Fair prices for service as well.

A couple days ago we noticed a fair number of yellow jackets around our front door area. My mother has a severe allergy to yellow jackets, therefore we needed control of the issue ASAP. We called Barrett Pest Control shortly after they opened and explained our concern. They had someone out to our house to handle the issue within a couple hours. The technician was very friendly and explained everything The price was appropriate for the time spent at the house and the services provided. Also, the yellow jackets were gone by that evening.
