I can spray pests my self so I pay for Mr. Hunter's knowledge to use the right chemicals in the right way. He did and he did. He was very professional and still friendly. KJ was very nice and very professional. He asked if there were any issues that he needed to be aware of. But because Crown Pest Control does such an excellent job, we haven't had any issues with bugs inside our house nor around our house. So he did the normal pest control treatment and was on his way. I heard some noises in the attic on several occasions and thought it might be rodents. I tried the stuff you can get at hardware stores and that didn't work. Patrick quickly found evidence of mice and put bait and traps in a few strategic places. After that I heard more noise for a few nights, then it stopped and haven't heard anything since. Jacob came about 2 weeks after Patrick to follow up and refill the bait/traps to make sure they had completely gone and didn't come back. Both were friendly and professional and clearly knew what they were doing. I will recommend and use Crown again.

This company is the worst! Please do not use them. Save your money! Terrible communication, pricing, everything all around. I used their service March 2021, the technician that came out advised me if I still had issues to call and they will be right out. I asked how do I pay for my services he stated that someone will send me an invoice. Well I. still had issues with my pest so I called within the first week left a voicemail, no follow up.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed they were probably busy so I called back the second week twice left a voicemail no return call. My third week I was very upset didn't reach anyone, left a voicemail no one call me back. June 2021 is when I.

I used this service last year. They gave me a quote via email and scheduled my service over the phone. The day of service, they cancelled due to inclement weather. We rescheduled for the next week. The day of service I was given a 4 hour time window. I called for updates regarding the tech arrival. They said he would arrive towards the last hour. He arrived 30 minutes after the 4 hour window had closed.

I assumed no one was showing up so by that time I had already replaced all my furniutre. A week after the eventual service, I still found bugs in my house. Since it was within their 30-day gaurentee they came back and sprayed complimentary. THAT last service was great. HOWEVER, they never sent me a bill even though they had my service address, phone number, and email. They never contacted me regarding the bill. And then they sent me to collections requesting $100 mroe than what they had originally quoted me for.

We love having the quarterly service through Crown Pest. As the seasons change we notice various small insects finding their way into the house and the quarterly general pest spray immediately helps. They did regular pest control services with emphasis on spiders. I almost always have inside done along with outside. They do a decent job clearing away cobwebs outside, never overspray soaking floors as other companies have done. They are professional and courteous, and reasonable. I would recommend. We have used Crown Pest for 5 years. We just moved into our new home and Angie was very quick at getting us on the schedule! They came yesterday to start our routine maintenance- quick, efficient and friendly! 5 star service!

Angie took my first call in to the company; Angie is polite, professional and very informative. She is clear in her answers and she offered ample opportunity for questions. When our service provider arrived ( Patrick) he explained everything he was going to do and offered to accommodate my family needs (we have a teen with autism. ) He was so kind and so professional.

As to the service? SO REASONABLY PRICED and extremely EFFECTIVE. Little did we know we had a family of yellow jackets living precariously close to our bathroom. I highly recommend this company!

Crown Pest Control is a good dependable company to work with. The whole process is smooth and easy to navigate.

Awful customer service and communication. We used their company for an initial ant treatment at one of our properties and were informed that our one time payment would include a 2 week follow up. We were later notified by our tenants that no one ever returned for a follow up (the tenants complained that the ants returned with a vengeance). Upon calling the company back to explain the issue the receptionist said she would have the supervisor return my call.

Of course I never heard back and called again, spoke with Camille, who rudely told me that there was nothing they could do since it had been more than a month and also stated that none of her workers would say that they did a follow up. Thankfully, our friends referred us to Bullwark exterminators who they have had great success with and we are happy to take our business there.

Devon did an excellent job of explaining things as he went and was very thorough. He spent as much time as we felt we needed to understand the situation. He was very nice and very professional. I've been using Crown Pest Control for over 10 years and they have always done an excellent job.

I used Yelp to search for pest control in my area and several options were returned. Out of the 3 companies I requested a quote (using their own website), Crown Pest Control was the only one to call me back, the next day. I was given a fair quote and prompt service to control our kitchen ants and mice. Because our kitchen ants problem was so bad, Kyle even came back the next week to retreat our kitchen at no additional cost.

With this second treatment, we haven't seen one single ant. I rated Crown with 5 stars for prompt service, prompt follow up, concerned and determined to get our pest control under control.
